8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is tastefully decorated and has been designed with great attention to detail: from the parking lot to the windows in the room. With wide-glass walls all around the building, the views to the valley from the common areas are amazing. The room was comfortable, with plenty of space to stay in the sofa area. The bathroom was also very spacious and well-designed. There is an Ipad in the room, with information about the hotel, the services, the surrounding area, etc. It was really helpful. The parking lot had an easy access from the street, and the lift to the room was really convenient to carry the luggage.
Cons: It is a little pricey There was no fridge in the room Tables were already assigned for breakfast, so we could not choose a table next to the window even though they were empty.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel with amazing friendly team running it. We enjoyed our stay and definitely coming back :)
Cons: transportation to the city is a bit difficult
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place! Wonderful view, very nice food, helpful staff. The place is magic full of beautiful things to discover and to do. Tracking, walking around, play, relax in the spa, etc. I would highly recommend this place for couples if they want an relaxing and lovely experience.
Cons: Nothing to say.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel and spa. The staff was really nice and the entire hotel is so welcoming. Amazing massages and cute little details. The panoramic windows are beautiful.
Cons: We loved everything. If we had to name one thing it would be the opening hours of the spa and restaurant. They stop serving food at 9pm but the spa is open until 8 pm. Also the roof top spa isn’t open on the morning. That was a disadvantage
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel, exceeded our expectations. An oasis of fresh air in a boiling Europe. Plenty of things to do around, amazing scenery. One of the best experience you may have in Italy in terms of services, accomodation, comfort overall. Staff really nice and hardworking. Thank you all.
Cons: did not allow us to select in for a single use room, hence we paid for my daughter’s room as she would have been double room / 2 people. The hotel staff mentioned that price should not be the same but cannot be solved on their side since instucted for double room/2 people.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel looks very nice, placed in a great location and on one side have a nice view, the other one doesn't. Breakfast was great
Cons: The garage is small and not very convenient. The dinners are the worse I had ever had. I had been there twice in June 2018, with to groups, after the very bad experience at the first time they promised me to do their best. the courses look good but the taste is really bad. The staff said that it is a matter of taste but with two groups, 10 people each time, who travel along Europe and enjoy the food in so many very nice restaurants, believe me, that your food is not tasty. At all. The second bad experience we had there was about the Spa on the hotel's roof. very small and simple. 3 persons went to the outdoor jacuzzi, outside the spa area, and sorry, but they didn't see the small (very small) paper which said that this is a nude area. they didn't see it and set alone in the jacuzzi. After more than an hour, in the middle of the dinner, which took so long, one of us ask the waitress about his course which didn't serve yet even all of us did, our "nice" waitress decided it was the best situation to educate him and sais "How dare you to complain after you insulted my guest at the jacuzzi?" Just for you, all the readers, to know: 1. He wasn't one of the 3 at the jacuzzi. 2. She said it loud and clear that every other guest could hear her. 3. After that, she passed from one table to the other looking pointing and talking about us I believe that I don't have to explain how shameful and unpleasant it was to my group and to me as the head of the group. At the next morning, I went to the reception to ask the manager to contact me. The same waitress set there. her answer was that he is on vacation. when I said that I would like him to contact me, she said "But he is my daddy" I expect her daddy to contact me. He didn't. I won't visit this hotel ever again. Very bad experience.

Pros: The staff were helpful and friendly. The view from our bedroom balcony's was lovely. They catered very well for my husband who needs a gluten free diet. The general atmosphere was very relaxing and we had an excellent away from it all holiday.
Cons: The first room we were offered was at the back and the view was mainly of the hot tub, however it was changed immediately, on request, to a lovely one at the front.

Pros: Very friendly, happy and accommodating staff.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was super nice, the food delicious, the room is nice and spacious. Super clean and priced extremely fairly.
Cons: The only critique would be that the blanket was a little short. My husband is 182cm and thought it was a little small for him.
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Location was great, very new and well designed hotel, everything was perfect - the staff, the pool, the suite and of course - the food.. perfect breakfast and dinner, and above all the service... We will be back again!!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: This hotel offers very high quality in every detail. Never had such an amazing breakfast buffet because the choice was very wide and really everything was worth trying. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. The owner and his family are still daily around, which gives a nice mix between modern luxury and an old school cosy hotel. The view of the spa is just incredible. Shame the water is only 31 degrees outside, so it is only warm enough when the sun shines. We had an amazing stay and will definitely consider coming back!
Cons: The rooms in the old part of the hotel have no airco so it got quite warm and stuffy in the night. Couldn’t sleep without opening the window, which is cold again in the morning when you’re on 1500 m high.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Especially the food by the breakfast and dinner (wonderful food in a la card), incredible SPA! Super SPA! Just perfect one can wish. Breath taking view from the room! Just amazing! Super good quality of the materials, furniture and everything! Modern, fresh, stylish! Very friendly staff as well. Perfect place to stay for a weekend or for a week. Thank you!
Cons: Nothing
5.8 Okay
Pros: Food was excellent !
Cons: I was disappointed with the room. I booked a Deluxe Room with Mountain View. In the photo of, the bathtub was facing a large window with mountain views, but our room did not. There was only one side facing the balcony of the mountain. The other three sides were walls. The room was quite dark. After reacting with the counter, the counter said that the room was taken away by the guests who arrived in advance. When I booked the room, I specifically stated in the letter that we were honeymooners, and I was looking forward to the mountain view, but the customer service staff did not seem to put my expectations in mind, the same price gave me the worst room, and there was no compensation. This is the most disappointing stay in this honeymoon trip. If your room is different, you need to use a photo to make it clear and label.
