Read the fine print! Think twice about staying here
The beds we’re comfy.
Parking is listed as 37 but ends up being 67 dollars after all the taxes. This is just for one night, had I known about all the taxes added to the parking I would of parked in the parking lot located less then a block away. Big disappointment since the first time I had stayed here it was amazing. The rooms are not worth the price. For some reason I had booked two different rooms and to accommodate they had me check out of one on Saturday and into the room next door on Sunday. When I went to check out it was more then a headache and they had to send us to a completely different room then we were promised. Then to check out and recieve another bill of 67 was just another headache.
Quaint hotel but noisy
It is a beautiful little hotel with a great location! Nice, clean and very stylish hotel. Absolutely loved the decor!
The only downfall would be it very close to the fire station. It's quite noisy with all the sirens.
Fun, funky and good location. Nice pineapple water!
Thin walls, neighbors loud
Friendly staff. Daily ☕ and cupcakes between 3 and 7.
Had a temporary emergency water shutoff during my stay, but it was resolved quickly.
The location was fantastic. The hotel has a fun style. The room was nice and very clean. The bed was comfortable.
My neighbor was loud and up very late two of the three nights I was there. The walls seem to be thin. Also the pillows were very hard. Too dense. I should have asked for new ones.
Great deal, funky setup, great location
Very comfortable beds and bedding. Modern look and cool music in the lobby.
Loud heater in the room.
Great stay and experience.
I enjoyed the central location and the friendly staff.
I didn't like the stuffed toy on the bed.
Staff was very friendly. Nice towels, linens, bathrobes and a very comfortable bed! Excellent location in downtown. Glad I found Hotel 5!
Room doors closed very loudly. Down comforters were too warm.
Hands down best hotel EVER
The staff was amazing. Having never been to the city before, the staff helped me set up transportation to the hotel. I was able to get free pickup to the hotel. Geoff came outside and helped carry in luggage. I arrived early but was still able to check in. Every staff member was kind and friendly. They were also able to make last minute reservations to Sky city for 4. The room was nice, great location, free shuttle service and free bike rentals!
Nothing negative to say about this experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
I loved the modern decor and the helpful front desk
I wish there had been a mini fridge in the suite we stayed in
