Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's excellent location, with many mentioning its proximity to local attractions and beautiful views. However, there were significant concerns regarding service, particularly poor customer service encounters and excessive wait times at check-in. Cleanliness issues were also noted, with some guests describing the rooms as outdated and the hallways noisy. Overall, while the location is a highlight, service and maintenance detracted from the overall experience.

The Westin is a beautiful hotel for cold winter days. The rooms have big windows. However, the building is old which means that: 1) The windows feel like your standing by an open oven set to broil during the Summer. 2) The old air-conditioning system is not able to keep the room cool. Management was very kind and moved us from the Sunny side of the building to the shady side in the evening. The sa...

We like to come stay here every year before Christmas. It’s a great hotel with comfy beds and a nice pool for the kids to swim in. Great location downtown. We had some great drinks and food at the bar this visit too.

Check in took a while longer than normal ( One person checking people in with 5 empty check in terminals on a Saturday in July? ) Stayed in a grand room with what would have been spectacular views if the windows weren’t so dirty… hard to see out… Key cards worked one out of 5 times which was frustrating when you use them for the elevator, the room, parking garage, lobby bathrooms, pools, workout e...

Pros (+) The bed, pillows and linens were great. The room was a good size and had a good atmosphere. The view and the location were also very nice. The lobby was clean and inviting.
Cons (-) The hallway gets noisy and I agree, when the hotel is empty it would be nice to not have neighbors especially when the pipes are so loud.

Cons (-) One of the elevators wasn’t working so it was a 15 min wait to get downstairs. It was also a 15 minute wait to get checked in because there were only 2 people working at the desk. Not what I would expect from a Westin

Pros (+) Room, view, excellent staff and service
Cons (-) More resturants, better gym, esp. for the money, I can get Airfare and sleep @ the Bellagio for the same amount for one night @ the Westin. I know its Las Vegas, but make the experince a little better

Pros (+) Located downtown, Westin Seattle is a short walk to the Pike Place Market and less than 2 blocks to the Monorail station where you can hop on for a 2 min ride to the Seattle Center (Space Needle). The hotel concierge was very helpful in our 2 day city exploration. There are many restaurants within a 2 block radius. You are supplied 2 free bottles of drinking water daily.
Cons (-) Food is a bit more expensive and breakfast buffet has limited choices.

Pros (+) Room was very clean, spacious, beautiful view and super comfortable. The location was perfect as we walked everywhere. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) Didn't like the fact that parking was not included in the price, you had to pay $48 per day. So we decided not to rent a car, and just use Uber which ended saving us money.

Pros (+) Traveling on business and the Westin Seattle was our conference hotel with a good location. Everything was going great until the checkout experience. Too bad this was my lasting impression. The property is am expensive standard business hotel that could be luxury with am upscale change in cistomer experience
Cons (-) This is an expensive standard hotel. There is nothing plush or above the standard to warrant a non conference rate of $400 a night. The Concierge person, Louise, is rude and has an attitude. I asked a simple question about the location of the bell stand and in a very rude manner she replied, "it's at the luggage assistace desk and gestured behind me. When I told her clearly I hadn't seen it, she d...
