Pros (+) Breakfast was decent
Cons (-) old, stinky, poor value. Only stayed here because we needed a place for a night while traveling further north. Would not recommend, but I assume the management doesn't care about improving the condition of the hotel, nobody would stay here by choice (more of a necessity).
Pros (+) The room was pretty much what I expected for the price. It was clean and has been kept up maintenance wise.
Cons (-) The front desk clerk was not very friendly at all. Hardly even looked at us while we checked in.
Pros (+) Free wifi. Free breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great price. Good location. Good shower and towels. Nice usable spaces for luggage and working. Good tv. Ample parking. Near plenty of food and shops.

Cons (-) All the rooms had a bad odor to it. I had to buy a bottle of febreeze and spray the floor and furniture down. There was a weird stain on the comforter. The rooms I checked had a weird urine smell and/or smelled of cigarettes.
