The hotel is very clean. Kind staff with multiple languages. Excellent location. The staff was very efficient. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, as a traveler really enjoyed the authentic local cuisine variety. A comfortable and convenient accommodation for business travelers and tourists. Staff service is effective and efficient; the free breakfast is a big plus. Clean and very close to inbound/outbound Airport buses. Comfortable and good location. Breakfast good with varieties. The bed was soft and the staff was friendly. Great location, very near all public transportation, restaurants, great breakfast. The staff at the front desk and room attendants were very professional and friendly. Top of the value for money. Nice Korean breakfast, hotel, room, and bathroom was kept clean, room with TV, fridge, and kettle. Location was good, 5 minutes to the metro.

Not all European or Russian people like it. The room was really cold on entry. Hair in my bath. Elevators are super busy in the morning. Can’t make a phone call to outside from the room. You will need to go down and ask front desk. The phone is literally only for calling to the front desk but it looks legit lol. Elevators could be smarter. The hotel breakfast isn't anything fancy, it is located on the bottom floor and has a very 'school cafeteria' kind of a vibe. The room is very small. It doesn't have enough space for the opening of the luggage. Uncomfortable beds. Not allowed to have extra pillows. The AC was full of mold. Very small rooms, almost no space for clothes. Staff's English could be better. There are 3 elevators with independent call buttons - so people press them all which leads to elevator stopping on empty floors - takes 5 minutes just to get down to breakfast. Would be nice if those elevators would be smart and could not be exploited like this, have just a shared call button.
