Pros: Shuttle service to shopping area (very convenient when carrying a lot of bags) close to train station, delicious breakfast
Cons: Spa at hotel is overpriced and has mediocre spa service, otherwise hotel is fantastic!
Pros: Amazing service, incredibly thoughtful staff, and beautiful surroundings are expected at this hotel. 5 star service, 5 star price. Make sure you work out a way to include breakfast, as it is expensive, but divine. Be wary about the high valet prices. Overall, you pay for what you get and this property does not disappoint.
Cons: High valet prices.
Pros: A great true five star hotel. Excellent and knowledgeable concierge. Location is outside of the Montepoleone shopping district so a nice oasis to come home to at pIazza Republica. Great part was frequent Benz stretch limo pickup and drop off from the hotel to La Scala/ Duomo and Montepoleone area -- that was extreme helpful with kids. Had an upgrade which was appreciated and not asked for. Breakfast were absolutely excellent and included in our price. Champagne, full hot foods and fresh fruits and pastries. Will definitely be back!!
Cons: My only minor tif was pool was closed for renos. Minor and everything was to our or beyond our expectations.
Pros: Room decor
Cons: Breakfast prices were ridiculously high and quality was horrible. They also rip you off. We dined a la carte for breakfast the first day but were charged for the super high priced buffet. The good itself was horrible. Second morning all we had was juice , crossaint and coffee and were once again ripped off. This hotel is a rip off. Only good for business people billing their companies. Hotel was not even able to correct our charges during check out leaving us a bet other taste of being ripped off.

Cons: It's a stretch to rate as 4 star. Location was great and it's certainly going for the luxury market. Poorly functioning shower in our room was a disappointment for the price. Worse was the service. It was not that our needs were not taken care of but more the manner (attitude) with which they were taken care of. We felt we got poor value for money. 2 stars.

Pros: The room was spacious, with beautifully vaulted ceilings & comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious
Cons: The parking around the hotel is very limited & expensive
Pros: Wonderful location and lovely room.
Cons: Had trouble with WiFi that couldn't fix.
Cons: I stayed on the second floor and I would hear the underground train every time it passed. I did get used to it though.
The sink and shower clogged up every time.
Located on Corso Buenos Aires, one of Milan's main streets for fashion shopping, Worldhotel Cristoforo Colombo is also a 2-minute walk to Porta Venezia Metro Station offering easy access to the retail and dining paradise of Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II.
Cons: We were forced to book an additional room because we had a 3 year old baby with us while the booking site did not have the kids option. The additional room is even more expensive onsite while the hotel had low occupancy rate due to the season. Many restaurants nearby were closed as well due to the low season. No accommodation whatsoever for family travel. Don't recommend anyone this hotel if you might have any accommodation required. Or maybe their priority is just money, not the reputation or repeating business. So one and done for me.

Pros: The Westin was the 3rd hotel we stayed at in Milan after the first hotel (a boutique) being a massive disappointment and the second hotel trying to double the price on the second day. Arriving at the Westin you are greeted with old world luxury and modern amenities. Staff were superb, bed lovely, location impeccable. As a soiled gal from Manhattan- this met and exceed expectations!
