The bedroom was very well appointed, every conceivable thing you could ever want, even the tub had a TV to watch while bathing, it also had a wet room, it also had electric nets and drapes the list was endless it even had smoke masks in case of fire. 20 min drive from the airport hourly shuttle bus
The public rooms were very cold even the waiting staff wore overcoats, I am sure once winter is over it will be ok
Very bad experience
Really nice hotel, great price
A little bit away from the airport, but it's great for a layover. If you've never been to Shanghai (or China), it's in a cool little residential neighborhood (kind of out of place) that you can walk around in the morning and explore (or photograph, which I did). It is definitely a luxury hotel, and they have an amazing buffet breakfast available for about $20 USD, with everything from your usual pastries to authentic Chinese meals, and made-to-order omelettes. I would definitely recommend a stay there.
Nice hotel warranting another stay
the staff made you feel welcome. Their English was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were of good quality with classy packaging. The television channel selection was excellent. Best value in PuDong for this caliber hotel.
The location is off the beaten path. Taxi is about the only reliable method to get there. Breakfast was good except coffee machine was inoperative and the service was fairly absent around 830am.
Far from airport
Further from the airport than described. Many hotels are much closer. Traffic was bad and so took quite a long time to get to hotel.
If you are looking for a short stay and close to t
Helpful and polite staff
Away from the subway station- 15 minutes' walk. Located in an under developed area
