Pros: The brick and mortar construction ensures quiet rooms, even in busy times like the Montana State Graduation weekend. The continental breakfast was fine, especially appreciated the hard boiled eggs and coffee available throughout the day and night in a stay warm thermos. The hotel lobby, with its nice couch, comfy chairs and handsome electronic fireplace was a nice place to visit. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again. Price was reasonable.
Cons: There wasn't a microwave or refrigerator in the units which is unfortunate if you are a leftover person, and the bathroom wall needed some remodeling but was clean. It's a bit of a distance from downtown Bozeman, but that just meant a bit of planning and carpooling for our group.

Pros: The rooms were nice and very new. Ours had a mini fridge and microwave, which was great.
Cons: The staff didn't seem very attentive and frequently weren't around at the counter. Also, the cookies are great but if there aren't any left, the box should be removed so it's not a sad reminder!

Pros: My husband and I stayed for a weekend with our 2 year old. Everything was clean and welcoming! We were even greeted in our room with a nice note from the housekeeping staff :) The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious for our son to play, and the breakfast was great! We got a great deal on our room price so it made staying there feel like an even better treat! Would definitely stay again!

8.2 Excellent
Pros: Aug 29: The two young ladies at the front desk were friendly, professional, and welcoming. The hotel looks new and in pristine condition. My room was very clean, fresh, and comfortable. Aug 30: The young lady waitress in the hotel restaurant was friendly and quickly took my order and kept my coffee cup filled. The Denver Omelet meal was very good. The friendly server asked if there was anything more she could do and brought more coffee and orange juice when I asked for some. Aug 31: I returned from a day of travel to find that someone have placed a Do Not Disturb sign on my door, and therefore my room had not been serviced. The two young ladies from the previous evening were working the front desk again and were very concerned that this had happened, and they quickly assisted me by providing toiletries and K-cup pods for my room.. They were very kind and apologetic for what had happened even though it was not the hotel's fault that some joker put the sign on my door.
Cons: Sep 1: The restaurant was very busy with only one waitress who appeared unhappy and overwhelmed. After waiting for some time, she brought over coffee and took my order from the menu. When the food was delivered after a longer wait, the eggs were cold from sitting out on the counter. I asked if I could get a refill on my coffee and also a glass of orange juice. The waitress angrily replied, "I am super busy and don't have time to get you juice. You can go get your own juice and coffee and whatever else you want. That's how it is done here. I don't have time to wait on you." Wow! After all these years at Hilton Hotels, this was the first time I was harangued by an employee. Needless to say, I will avoid this hotel in the future. If you do stay here, you will meet three friendly young lady angels and one middle-aged, belligerent lady Grinch.
8.6 Excellent
Cons: The shower curtain was mildewed and made the whole room smell that awful smell. Being in the bathroom to shower and get ready was even worse.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, clean room and a great breakfast. Elevators are conveniently located.
Cons: Hotel uses bromine in hot tubs and I am allergic.
7.6 Good
Pros: Hotel was new, modern & comfortable
Cons: They overbooked my double queen room without telling me. When I arrived, they we're apologetic, but found a single queen room several miles away at Microtel. Then, they couldn't pay Microtel, so I had to pick up the bill for the new hotel, which was $80 more. Eventually the next day, straightened everything out, but it was inconvenient. When I came back through town to stay with Holiday Inn Express again, they had also overbooked the hotel. Luckily, I had called ahead a few hours earlier to ensure my room was available. Unfortunately, the lady in front of me wasn't so lucky. Nice hotel, dreadful booking practices.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pet friendly and nice staff.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Lack of a "continental" breakfast. The sports bar is not conducive to a casual, quick bite. The in-room 1 cup coffee makers were marginal, and I didn't notice the thermos pots in the "computer room" until my last day, when I was printing out my boarding pass. It didn't occur to me to ask. ask. Also, the in-house casino seemed out of place, especially for a property catering to families.

Pros: Chose the WHI because it was reasonably priced, and was pleasantly surprised with the amenities. Well appointed. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast in the AM. A nice addition to my short stay in Bozeman.
Cons: Wish it was a bit closer to downtown Some of the lamps had been unplugged when I arrived and the outlets were difficult to access (e.g., one was behind the bed, which needed to be pulled out from the wall).
9.7 Excellent
Pros: King bed was comfortable.
Cons: Coffee was weak and cold.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Only issue was the hot tub wasn't working while we were there. Otherwise totally satisfactory for a quick stop in Bozeman.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Really like the steam room, one of the reasons we stay there when we go to Bozeman. They also have a tanning bed that is opened all day. The rooms could use a little update but they did allow our black lab which was nice.
Cons: The breakfast could be better, waffle mix is behind the counter and the eggs and bacon aren't the greatest. Overall it's a good hotel and would recommend it if for the price. Would be great for a place to stay after skiing for the steam room and hot tube and if you have a dog.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a simple, not really updated hotel, but the location and price is great! Basic breakfast, there is a pool (I didn’t check it out). The room was clean and it was QUIET.
Cons: It was too hot. The temperature could have been dropped 5-10 F and it would have been much better. I ended up opening my window at 3 am and it was better.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great.
Cons: Outside door didn’t not have a key card enteranxe to get back in...also no sign that says that. It was a cold lesson to learn at 4am when I took the dog out and had to call the desk and wait awhile to have someone open the door.
