Pros. From the moment John greeted me at reception, I was made to feel welcome and taken care of. They brought a drink and a delicacy right away as I waited in the lobby for my check in procedure. They arranged a driver for the day, they arranged a massage, they suggested dinner spots. Breakfast buffet included. They spoke perfect English. The copious lush wood in the lobby together with tasteful decoration was on par with any western 5 star hotel. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The value for money is unparalleled. Great spot for couples or family. Just go.
