the place is close to pub street and tuk tuks can be requested from the front desk as this place is a bit way out from the main street, gives you some peace and quiet at night;
there's mosquitoes in the area; the toilet in the room takes a long time to flush; management didn't fix it during our stay
The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious, and the environment is quiet which is good for family stay!! Highly recommended.
The shuttle bus was broken on the day of our arrival, so we took tuk tuk. The staff didn’t inform us about this issue until our arrival day. Fortunately, the staff agreed to pay us for the tuk tuk from bus station to the hotel after a few times of talking on phone. Anyway, they were professional in solving this issue.
Nice swimming pool; spacious room; cleanliness; helpful staff
Not much to say here. The terrible experience with the manager and staff really ruined our experience here. Breakfast was disappointing compared to others that come with hotel stay. The noodle soup was just instant ramen with some added ingredients and not fresh. The egg station was good though. With so many places to stay in Siem Reap it is shocking that we got such terrible treatment here. If we were not locked in due to booking, we would preferred to give our business elsewhere.
First off, the location was very hard to find. Once found, we were told that we were the only guests and asked to move to a sister location (La Niche), which was not as nice based on the pictures posted online. They could have told us this before our arrival time but chose not to so that we had no choice to stay with them given the cancellation policy. They offered no compensation for the inconvenience of moving to a less nice facility although our moving would make it easier for them not for us. Then we were told that we would be charged for the ride to the airport at the end of our stay although the advertisement was for free airport shuttle. They claimed it was only free for pick-up but that was not clarified anywhere online. The staff said we would have to talk to the manager and we asked multiple times but he was elusive and was never around at times he was supposed to be per staff. We thought it would be a simple misunderstanding that could be easily fixed but the manager was very difficult and gave us attitude. He reluctantly agree to give us a ride to the airport but when it was time, he said he would drop us off in front of the airport since he didn't want to pay to go into the airport to drop us off in the airport. After some arguing again, he agreed to drop us off curbside. What terrible business. I would never return to any of the 3 sister facilities.
This is a beautiful hidden jem - the pool is beautiful and so are the rooms. The staff are kind and friendly and helpful. It’s a great location with easy access to the temples and pub street. The free transportation into pub street is a great help.
The food is ok but there is much better to be had in pub street.
