Pros: Nothing.
Cons: The check in process was awful. There were two people working the front desk (who were doing their absolute best) on a night when they purposefully oversold the property. It took 40 minutes to get a key and get into my room, which was old and shabby.

7.4 Good
Pros: Good b'fast, lots of variety, not just the usual bread/rolls/cereal and milk/juice. Clean room. Firm mattress. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: There were a collection of minor things that, to me, brought this hotel down from a 3 star, to a 2+ star. The outside sign did not turn on at dark. Brought this to the evening clerk's attention, she left a note for maintenance. Hopefully it's fixed. How is anyone supposed to know the hotel is there without an outside lit sign? Lobby elevator "UP" button sometimes intermittent, did not always work first time, every time. One elevator's "2" button appears to be held together with tape. Really? Got in late, went to bed early. Attempted to operate the A/C, buttons wouldn't work. Not until the next morning (in the daylight) discovered that the A/C was "remoted" to a wall thermostat. No notice from the front desk about the upgrade. THAT would have been nice to know. All minor things, and each individually not enough to pay attention to, but all together enough to upgrade or downgrade a "rating" by 1/2 star. Would I stay again? Most likely. It was a decent hotel overall. Just need to correct a few minor things to REALLY bring up the ratings ratings from a 3 star, to a 3+ star. It's the little things that catch people's attention, that they remember.

Cons: Do to pandemic i decided to disinfect my two rooms with my own wipes .. both rooms appear to be nice and clean but when I did the extra wiping in one of the rooms wipes came out so dark and dirty from the Wiping I did it Just to take extra precautions do to Covid -19 ..i took wipes to check in desk ..., instead of reassuring me that room were clean I was it’s in possibly for the room to be dirty... I was trying to get any thing from it ...I just wanted Hampton Inn to know that rooms have to extra clean due to pandemic virus going on .. I so upset I only walked away from. The 3 staff that we’re at the desk at that moment ...... One of the staff told it was furniture polish ..if that was true when I. wipes both rooms then wipes should all look the same ...and they weren’t ... one room Wipes looked white and other wipes from my room 412 was so dirty it looked like a mechanic had wiped there hands on wipes ... I was very disappointed in the service Hampton Inn gave us ...not to say we were Rudely awakened by the fire alarm we had to evacuate i had to help my father in the t in a wheelchair... we had to try to take my father down through the stairs with no one trying to help us from the staff or let us know if something was happening or not...very disappointed with the place ...I was so upset I didn’t take pictures I just left dirty wipes at the desk....

Pros: The breakfast had a big selection than what is normally typical for those kind of offerings.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was amazing. The staff was very friendly and efficient.
Cons: The location vs. how you have to drive to get there is "interesting". The hotel is north of Craig, but you need to turn south on Craig to get to the hotel.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: We always enjoy staying here- the rooms are always clean, the breakfast is great! Everyone is very attentive and shows the guest great customer service
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice staff. They have a nice convenience store on the prememsis. WI-FI is pretty fast. Used it to access work files in the cloud with no problems. Breakfast includes hot and cold drinks, hot and cold food (scrambled eggs, sausage) and a waffle maker. Being a bit critical below to give the full picture, but its not a bad as a hotel, especially for business. Because it was off the beaten path, it was fairly quiet. They accept dogs (don’t know size limit).
Cons: The worst thing about this hotel is its location. On one is a train track that you can not pass. On the other side is a highway entrance. there are no restaurants, convenience stores, gas stations (nothing) in walking distance. looking at a map, it appears to be much closer to food and activity than it really is. If you’ve got a car, then its not too bad. If not, you’ll have to walk 20 minutes to the nearest restaurant or take Uber. The gym is tiny and the elliptical isnt calibrated, so it reads 3 miles traveled with only 10 minutes of use. Clean facilities (although the maintenance staff left some debris in the hall for multiple days). Picture frame and window screen was just left in plane site even though there was no indication of ongoing construction.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was a full variety of choices. Everything was fresh. The dining area was welcoming. The Staff kept the food area full, tables were clean, coffee was hot
Cons: Carpet is outdated.

Pros: The restroom had a big mirror and was honestly the only thing I liked about it although the bathroom gave me the creeps like someone was watching me.
Cons: The guy who owned the property was super creepy. I felt like I was being watched the whole time being there when I mentioned it to my friends they said they felt the same way especially while in the bathroom. He also kept my deposit because we had “ our feet on the walls” which we didn’t! We stayed there for one night and got bite up all over our legs, when I told the guy he got really mad and defensive. On top of everything else that was horrible & creepy the neighborhood is super ghetto! I was scared to walked to my car to get so at night. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

Cons: A refund!
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Didn't like that the room was so high up and so far from the elevator. The casino was horrible, robbed the life out of me. I wouldn't go back there if someone paid me. Plus they over charged me by $200. In the beginning they said it was a deposit but in the end, I didn't get it back and they had no reason, just said they didn't over charge.
Cons: Everything!
4.0 Okay
Pros: Not much
Cons: A 40 dollar a day resort fee plus 10 a day parking fee. Just build these into the price of the room and stop kidding people. Vegas has gone down hill.

Pros: I never stayed at the Hotel. I asked for a refund over a month ago due to my event called because of the Coronavirus. I was not re embersed after multiple calls and emails.
Cons: Kayak did not respond to my emails or cancelled my booking when I requested it over a month ago. I emailed and called multiple times. I asked for a refund Vegas is shut down and my event was cancelled due to Coronavirus. I asked for a refund and never got it. I’m extremely disappointed.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Price seemed right. Free drinks at Lobby Bar if playing the video poker machines. Lovely woman who took my cancellation of the room after one night and waived my resort fee.
Cons: No coffee maker, fridge or microwave in room. No place to get coffee without walking 1/2 a mile, and coffee was about $5 a cup - regular coffee, not a latte. No room service. Staff was mostly indifferent. Resort Fee/Hotel Fee not mentioned!

1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The check in was long, staff was not great
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: They charged a damage deposit when we checked in. We left the room clean with a tip for the maid but never got the damage deposit back. Guests need to watch for that.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location is decent but not prime. Room price $--- is reasonable, hotel fee $36.28 is a joke because it exceeds the cost of the room rate. The pool facility outside the manor building was closed, so we got absolutely no usage of anything in the common are
Cons: The Manor building is OLD and TIRED! The cement pole on the outside of our building has huge cracks and appears separating from the foundation. The lobby door was not secured and the buildings felt vacant and abandoned, lacking safety and security.

7.4 Good
Pros: Good b'fast, lots of variety, not just the usual bread/rolls/cereal and milk/juice.
