9.1 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are super comfortable and spacious Among my favorites in Vegas Service is very friendly and outstanding Parasol Down is a hidden gem of a lounge hiding in plain site.
Cons: A bit isolated at the north end of the Vegas strip Room automation for curtains not working properly
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Wynn is amazing from the lush grounds that surround the property and the pool area to the restaurants and rooms. Everything is first class. The staff was incredible, friendly and extremely helpful and service focused. The Terrace Cafe was a great place to start the day overlooking the pool. Loved the "adults" only pool and bar. The fitness center and spa was also first class. We had a view of the Vegas strip which was spectacular.
Cons: No coffee maker in the room and no room in the refrigerator to store water and wine - that I purchased.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are some of the best in Las Vegas. The motorized drapes, light controls, etc are over the top. Beds are very comfortable. Food in restaurant was top quality.
Cons: Check in process is one of the WORST in Vegas. I am not sure if its their infrastructure, software or process but I waited in line for over an hour. What I also observed is the clerks have a book with pictures of the rooms and it seems like they are trying to up sell larger rooms. When you are dealing with a lot of foreign guests with a language barrier, this process takes significant time. Literally, some guests were at the desk for more than 15 minutes for check in process. I like hospitality but having long conversations explaining everything about the hotel and Las Vegas in general need to take place at the concierge. Not sure if I will subject myself to this again. Beverage service in Casino very very very poor. Had 8 in our group at Black Jack table and could not get service. When I tried to go to the bar and BUY drinks, they would only sell one drink per person standing there at the bar. Dumbest thing I ever heard. After remembering this, I am sure I will NOT subject myself to this again. No more Wynn for me.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Wynn is always the best.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the outside coming in. Lovely decor and rooms modern and spacious. Bed super comfortable. Loved the waterfalls and teppanyaki restaurant. Great customer service.
Cons: Smoke!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are REALLY nice and clean.
Cons: Even if your a guest of the hotel you pay $18 Valet. The parking valet is too busy and takes so long to park and pick up your car.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Clean room, excellent room planning, attention to detail, friendly personal.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Went to vegas didn't have a room went to a casino to get a room pretty expensive so I looked online and found the wynn at a good price. First time staying there ot was very nice inside and out. rooms are great would like to stay there again. Thanks
Cons: Maybe just getting asked for the card every time went back to the room although I can understand why o well
8.2 Excellent
Pros: I liked the rooms, the comfort of the bedroom and bathroom. Cleanliness is not outatanding though. We had to request shower gel to get it. It was not available at first for instance.
Cons: I didn't like the way staff behave and ibteract with us at the casino. It was not an atmosphere that encourages people t play cheerfully
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The set up in our room +. THE SPECTACULAR View!!!!!!
Cons: It was far to get to our room & I got confused sometimes
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Never needed to leave the hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the second you enter the building you realize that it's a 5 star hotel and casino. There are multiple pools and the rooms are very nice and spacious. The gambling floor is ample as well as the shopping and food options. I'm not sure I could ask for anything more. I highly recommend!!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was quiet - much quieter than Mandalay Bay, which is what we were looking for. The room was very nice and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay at the Four Seasons!
Cons: Nothing!
9.4 Excellent
Pros: I like the simple process of checking into the Four Seasons in Las Vegas. No forced march through a smoke filled casino. Staff was fantastic.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful
Cons: The restaurant and room service food are mediocre. We ate at the onsite restaurant and ordered the special which turned out to be a dried out tasteless piece of breaded veal. I asked for anchovies on a ceasar salad and it arrived without them. Since the hotel is attached to the Mandalay Bay, there are many alternative bettter meal choices.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Non-gaming hotel meant no exposure to smoke filled casinos during check-in or for lunch/dinner. Extremely friendly staff cognizant of our visit to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. They sent up a sweet birthday dessert. Accommodating with non-allergic pillows and duvet.
Cons: Surprised no chocolate with turn down service and no slippers as well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds are amazing and we love that the hotel does not have a casino and truly feels like a resort. Rooms are really comfortable, feel luxurious and the staff super helpful. Gym and spa are top-notch and Veranda restaurant is great for breakfast.
7.4 Good
Pros: Overall, a very comfortable stay
Cons: Elevators require a key to operate - that function worked flawlessly only half the time. They charge you for $150 per night for "incidentals" at check-in, without notice, so make sure you're a one-percenter. Location sucks, too.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Dinner at Charlie Palmer Steakhouse was HORRIBLE.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I have a client been going to Las Vegas for 15 years and this is the first time I ever stayed at the four seasons and seem to try new hotels every trip but I will never try any hotel any longer because the four seasons is my new home. The staff took such good care of me from the minute I arrived at the door to the front desk to the restaurant and everywhere I went I felt like a king.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was great and the entire hotel staff was awesome!
6.0 Good
Pros: Good location, comfy beds. A bit of a nice departure from Casinos, and partitioned away from Mandalay, which it shares a building with.
Cons: It's kind of like everything else in Vegas...a cheaper facade of the real thing. Staff isn't engaged like at other Four Seasons, dirty common areas (room was immaculate), and things just aren't quite "on point" for a place of this caliber.
5.7 Okay
Pros: The room was well decorated and the beds were very comfortable
Cons: The quality of the experience and service was poor. The staff was poorly trained-- it definitely did not feel like four seasons level service. I later learned that it is a franchise and they operate quite differently from the other hotels.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Elegant, clean, nonsmoking property makes for great air quality, attentive service, beautiful room and beautiful public areas
Cons: Can't think of s thing
The Venetian - Las Vegas - Building
3
9.2 Excellent (66,130 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Like a trip both back in time and into 21st century architecture, the Venetian Resort Hotel Casino epitomizes modern, classic hospitality. It bustles with the designs of several timeless works of building art, including Plazza San Marco, the Lion of Venice Column, the Column of Saint Theodore, the Rialto Bridge, St. Mark’s Campanile, and Palazzo Ducale. Each of these is painstakingly replicated to provide guests with an instant trip to another land. The Venetian offers suites spanning 650 square feet, giving guests a bird’s eye view of the Vegas skyline. Its suites are almost twice the size of the average Vegas hotel room, and the attention to detail is impactful. Each feature is designed to provide guests an ideal capstone to their Vegas experience. As the night begins, guests have several dining options, each with its own sense of style. Slip into the Dorsey, a 360 degree lounge featuring signature cocktails to start the evening off right. Or go down to Rosina for a more classic cocktail or a fine wine. When it comes to fun, there’s no need to leave The Venetian. The Human Nature Jukebox has a variety of entertainment to meet the needs of several different age groups. The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino is tailor made to provide guests with an all-encompassing experience with all the trimmings. Each guest is the center of attention of its well-catered hospitality and superlative charm. It’s a trip not just to Vegas, but to Italy, and beyond.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous room, with a nice view. Great location. Excellent restaurants in the hotel.
Cons: Pool was closed, and while guests could use the Palazzo pools, half of these were closed as well, leaving basically one very small pool for thousands of people. As a result, the pool area was incredibly crowded. Also, Venetian casino was one of the most Smokey on the strip, making it hard to breath.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel
Cons: The building, the staff,. The service
10.0 Excellent
Pros: First of all the hotel is spectacular to just “take-in” upon arrival ! Moreover, the cleanliness was impeccable ! Then having the convenience of the shopping, restaurants & entertainment there and not feeling the need to travel somewhere else ! It just seemed like a wonderful place we hope to return again to !
Cons: The valet service upon arrival when you have been out leaves a lot to be desired
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Restaurants were hit and miss and over priced.
7.7 Good
Pros: I like everything but front desk staff
Cons: The day I checked in ! That front desk lady was trying to pushing me paying more for upgrade which I don’t really want it! I ask her to get smoking room if that possible, and she ask me to pay $50 for a smoking room! And I saw another register which stand beside of mine to asked the guest for smoking room or not! Very disappointed finally I get really bad view room from my register! Because I think I didn’t do what she wants!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our suite on 32nd floor was luxurious and beautifully decorated. Service was impeccable. Downstairs St. Mark Square was the place to hang out. Riding the gondola was a delightful experience. Breakfast at Paris Baguette while watching people walking by is just like in real Paris! Shops are all around to roam and a waterfall located immediately downstairs. The location of The Venetian on the strip is great since I could walk to Ceasar Palace, Bellagio and Fashion Show Mall quite easily.
Cons: Cigarette smoke everywhere but more around the casino area. Can’t escape it completely!
6.0 Good
Pros: The staff is friendly
Cons: The matress are old so is the hotel and the restaurants at the shops at the plaza were very bad
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Venetian is a BEAUTIFUL Hotel & Casino. The staff, from check-in to check-out, for any reason, were wonderful. Casino servers were on the ball, brunch was delicious & servers great!! Just ran into one unfriendly, grouchy pit boss, but otherwise our stay there was awesome. Be SURE to check out the POOLS
Cons: I didn’t like that the refrigerator use was an additional charge. We had medication that requires refrigeration, but did not want to be charged an additional fee; therefore we had to monitor it with ice☹️ They may want to think about a way to get guests checked in closer to the guest suites, it’s a long walk from the front entrance!!
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Room spacious & comfortable
Cons: Was no comprehensive map of the hotel available, no coffee maker in room, water glasses not replaced, our room at the Venitian was reserved but they gave us a room at the Palazzo
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is huge . We spent two days exploring. Great restaurants.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All inclusive poolside foods shopping

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Every about this hotel was fantastic. I didn’t need to the hotel for anything. Everything is in house. From the food to the best party spots. It was a great weekend.
Cons: At the pool party my credit card does not read Jr. but everything else matches. I’m a 33 yr old male and I was told I could be stealing my dads credit card. Which really pissed me and my wife off. I think this is a rule that needs to be revisited and revised as I had multiple forms of Id and Credit Cards to show who I was!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful. Super modern throughout. Rooms were very spacious and a great reprieve from the hustle and bustle - nice and quiet in the rooms. Amazing views. Beautiful bathroom. Very clean. Easy parking. All the food we tried at several of the restaurants was delicious.
Cons: So crowded and loud downstairs at all hours. There always seemed to be a line at check-in. Signage to get to the entrance on Las Vegas Boulevard could be better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed in a fountain view suite and it was incredible. The bed was just as comfortable as our one at home, the views were breathtaking, and the food and drink selection was amazing. Perfectly located in the strip as well, could not have had a better time.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. The Cosmo has great collection of restaurants from high end to fast food. This hotel is great for people watching.
Cons: The lobby was smoky and very warm. I have stayed at this hotel 5 times and my group all complained about the smoke. We meet at chandler bar and left for another hotel because how warm it was. They to turn in the air conditioning!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From check in to check out, our experience was perfect. Gorgeous hotel, beautiful room with very comfortable bed. We had friends that had a wrap around terrace suite which was gorgeous as well. The pools could have had a little more upbeat current music, also some more wait staff for people not in cabanas. Every request we had was fulfilled immediately. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: great view and free upgrade to sweet room
Cons: too high limit for me to play game
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are the best in Las Vegas!! And I can stay within the hotel for everything. I'll definitely be back.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The room was beautiful! I went went with 3 friends. We weren’t sure if the 3rd friend would be staying the night also so we booked the room with just 2 with a king bed (it’s all that was on the site) and would add the 3rd there if needed. At the registration desk we did want to add the additional person and we were aware of the fee. The staff member asked if we wanted to switch to a 2 bed room with a view of the fountain so we took it and they waived the $35 fee for an extra person and didn’t charge extra for the view room. She was so helpful and nice. She gave us bottled water for the walk up too. It was all beautiful the only thing is they said there was construction up above our room so the water in the wet bar was brown.
Cons: Water was brown in wetbar
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was incredible after initial checkin we got married and we always wanted to stay here. From the staff helping us get a fridge for our top tier of our cake, to the staff trying to fix the dilemma of it not fitting to the celebration of our new future as mr and Mrs our entire stay was so memorable and we can't wait to go back and stay there again. Thank you so much again to Ernesto Rebecca g and Enrique ohhh and Mariah look for them when you go to the Cosmo they'll do Right by you!
Cons: I didn't like checkin it's a bit slow and enough desks staff were not available considering it was a holiday weekend it should been over staffed. The most upsetting upon arrival was the gentleman Dave who checked us in, he wanted to rush us out as well as upsell me without really trying and while I stood in line watched him look over at the line pretend to do busy work and after 20 mins of watching finally have him call us over to start the check in process. He didn't even say congratulations or ask if it was our first time where we were from let's just say he forgot all his customer service skills or was filling in cause it was not pleasant. Besides the initial start to our wedding weekend the middle and ending was vindicated and amazing.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: It is a first class Hotel with excellent accommodations and friendly staff.
Cons: Limited and costly food to choose from.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great room, attentive staff, food and amenities were fantastic
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Enjoyed the overall trendy vibe. Great location and great restaurants on property.

Pros: This was an incredible experience. Great hotel, staff, service. In room dining/room service was incredible.
Cons: This was a.
8.5 Excellent
Cons: Pools were closed or not serviced properly. Front desk service was not on par for a five star property.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Our room wasn’t made up at all. Not even given clean towels or notified why it wasn’t done.
7.1 Good
Cons: I hate how deceitful these fees are. What I'm required to pay to stay should be in the KAYAK price. These mandatory extra fees are a joke. If I could choose to pay them and use the 'resort' that is OK but I'm required to pay to get wifi...and a few other lame excuses to rape me at the counter.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love the suites and the food options, also location is ideal and atmosphere is classy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great
Cons: Clean rooms, good food. Deffenetly worth it

Pros: Excellent Stay. Could not have asked for a better stay. The line to check in probably had 20 people ahead of us at a around midnight, but it moved quickly. the room was quite spacious and all of the staff we encountered were more than accomadating.
4.0 Okay
Cons: I was woken up three times even though I had a late checkout. Unacceptable.
7.7 Good
Pros: Plush building and rooms. Good restaurants and shopping
Cons: Torn pillow cover, room not made.
7.4 Good
Pros: The room was pretty and our cleaning ladies greeted us everyday and were really super friendly.
Cons: For the price, we would've preferred a nicer view....when we booked it led me to believe we would have a view of the strip but when we got there, the front desk said they may not even have the Bella Suite at the Palazzo available. It was confusing. They finally made one available... but honestly this hotel is way too expensive. Not impressed. And that's sad...

Pros: Great room with washer and dryer in newly remodeled 1 bedroom. Staff was great plus got $25 worth of free stuff. I will be back next visit - better than a hotel Room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Who needs the strip when you stay here? With a west facing room, we had the best view of the strip, and city center, without all the noise. We were only a block away from the strip, and our room offered so much more Then the traditional rooms on the strip. Having a room with the kitchen helped us save money by allowing us to bring our leftovers back to the room and heat them up. That was certainly an unexpected perk! Been able to wash my clothes before coming home save me the stress of having to do laundry as soon as I get home. It was a coffee shop and market downstairs along with the fitness room, there was nothing to miss about the strip at all. Loved staying here!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great accommodation, Great staff at check in, valet & porters Pools on 5th floor & roof a very nice touch.
Cons: Concierge staff were not very helpful. Mae in particular was rude & not at all helpful. Only critical comment re the suite, carpet badly worn.

Pros: Used the 2 BR. Nice having room to relax. Upscale. Pool areas nice. Close to strip.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Great location - across the street from miracle mile entrance. excellent staff - helpful and positive. Cozy pool - food drinks and music with lots of mid day sun. Comfortable rooms - very quiet at night with quality beds. Wi fi worked also worked well.
Cons: No room service, food availability is limited. Snacks were good enough for us though. Our room had a microwave which came in handy.

Pros: I liked our room layout. Especially the view! Very romantic. Very spacious. Money well spent.
Cons: Couldn't find the I've machine.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Nice Hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect, one block off the strip. Walgreens is also one block away, great for stocking up on groceries and goodies. The staff here is incredibly accommodating. Rooms are rather large, with full size kitchen, and washer/dryer.

5.4 Okay
Pros: The beds were very comfortable, but generally the rooms were mediocre.
Cons: It’s not really a 5 star hotel. The rooms are a bit tired, although not horrible, just maybe 4 star quality. They nickel and dime you where ever they can. No coffee maker in the room, no safe, have to pay quite a bit to check out 2 hours later, and $18/day to park. Staff wasn’t very warm and the check in process was like trying to clear security at an airport. Smelled of smoke more than in most casinos.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is gorgeous and immense. The staff are incredible and on top of everything. And the decor is stunning.
Cons: Nothing. Our room was ready early, we never had to wait for anything and our every need seemed to be anticipated in advance.
5.1 Okay
Pros: The room was quiet.
Cons: The Fix restaurant bartenders were amazing while the kitchen absolutely ruined our night. Simple order at the bar for food was forgotten, poorly handled by the manager and then incomplete after over 1.5 hours of wait. We watched the bar top cycle three patrons complete in our wait, only 2/3 of our party ever saw food. Horrible, will never go back, and as a reflection of the Bellagio itself, will probably never go back there as well.
6.0 Good
Cons: Buffet dinner no way lives up to the hype. Very mediocre.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Attention to details. Outstanding service. Cleanliness. Choice of restaurants.
Cons: Ongoing renovations
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, Very accommodating, courteous staff and comfortable amenities we were very pleased and would highly recommend
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Clean and warm pool. Nice rooms. Friendly crew. Good bed.
Cons: I was expecting little more luxury for the money that I spent. Pool service is slow and below average quality. Pool drinks are expensive since the drinks are not different than any low budget hotel service. Sink in the room was making weird sound. There is no items except shampoo and soap in the rooms. They suppose to put some luxury items such as at least a vanity kit. There is no coffee in the rooms. Internet service super slow. The towels does not smell nice. Therefore when someone spends that much money for a room, the luxury service should be provided. I think it is overpriced as it is.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: A magical place!
Cons: Extremely crowded.
6.0 Good
Pros: The hotel is beautiful and in a good location.
Cons: For the money you are paying you don't get much value. Also, I expect that when I am paying this sort of price per night that when I walk the hallways to get to my room I don't have to see everyone's room service tables and left over food. I also didn't like the fact that they want to charge you 35 USD/night to rent a refrigerator. Some things should be included in the price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Your cleaning staff is unsurpassed. I hope they are compensated as they are the behind the scenes success to the beauty of the resort..
Cons: When I went to check out there where all sorts of extra fees. I made no room charges. I called the front desk and they removed them, I asked for an emailed copy and they sent two. One for the resort fee's which is so silly if you pay for a resort yet can't use the refrigerator, the other email was over 650.00! I went to the desk and they said it was an error? A lot of unnecessary anxiety for an error!
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Restaurant in the hotel was fabulous.
Cons: Have sections at the casino where is nobody smoking......
6.2 Good
Pros: The pool area is nice, the staff at the pool very nice s d attentive. However if you are accustomed to 5 star resorts, this is definitely a step down.
Cons: The entire place looks like the decor hasn’t been updated since 1987. Think Moonlighting meets Liberace. Then go prepared for huge crowds of people, longest lines at checkin and concierge....I was completely tricked by the photos online - the room looked completely different, the pool area was smaller than shown, and there is NO adults only/quiet area at the pool as stated. In fact all of the pools are in one big patio/courtyard area - rather than separated from each other like in other upscale resorts. Expect loud music blaring all day at the pool as well! All in all an ok experience once I got over the shock of the extremely dated decor and immense crowds.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: Great room and service
Cons: Nothing
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing give me back my money
Cons: Excuse me, your company stole my money and did not let me i to the room because of a technicality, I paid on my card, my girlfriend's name was on the reservation because it asked for a second name, and they said they could not match nor refund me, This is theft, it is a ridiculous policy and I am owed my full refund, I already know the response, "I understand and I'm sorry" like that makes it ok, I need a refund, you should feel ashamed of yourselves, A simple naming issue that can be fixed at any time, Your system is clearly designed to confuse and screw the consumer, Anything less than a 100% refund means you are terrible people who steal money, Thank you, Tyler Parker
4.0 Okay
Cons: We have ordered vegetarian food and found meat in our food. Pool area was not bad, but could have been kept better especially water had lot of accumulation . Lot of cigarette smoke , even if you are not in the casino. It was the worst we have seen anywhere in Vegas
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My 1st time staying there. Very satisfied - rooms are large, clean and with modern amenities. Everything is controlled from a head unit next to the bed, convenient. Large number of drawers for things. Bathroom is big, with shower and bath, pick your thing. Service is great as well. Will be happy to stay there again.

Pros: Best ambience on the strip. Great dinning options and very friendly staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great size room, clean, bed and pillows super comfortable, staff friendly, excellent experience.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Our flight was canceled so we could not get to the room and Amoma, which I never heard of and only booked because I trusted Kayak, will not work with us about a credit or refund. I made a mistake trusting these sites to be honest with their business practices. Please learn from my mistake and do not give them your business.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: beautiful, clean
Cons: too expensive. no perks.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, events and activities are all here and we will definitely be coming back. Thanks for the great service and hotel.
Cons: The service at the pools could have been more available. We had to hop over to the bar every time we wanted something and we would have ordered more if there were more servers coming around the pool to take orders.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Customer service is amazing and overall the hotel is beautiful and clean. There is a club and pool parties downstairs from the hotel and Wynn is a short walk away.
Cons: Not a lot of restaurants or cafes that are open late in Encore compared to other hotels.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Hotel room, lobby, pool, gym, clubs and security.
Cons: Wifi is the worst thing ever, resort fee is a bit much.
7.7 Good
Cons: The people who check your card at the elevator are rude

7.1 Good
Pros: Huge decline in overall value
Cons: Since Hilton Hotels took over the Mandarin Oriental just about every corner that can be cut has been cut. No more water by bedside no more bathroom amenities. They have greatly cheap in the hotel and believe it should not be ranked much more than a three or four star experience at this point

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Not much
Cons: They're penny pinching you to death. Will not be back.
7.1 Good
Pros: Rooms were big and spacious. Pools were a lot of fun and beautiful.
Cons: After we left they charged us for chocolates and an intimacy kit, which my girlfriend and I don’t use since we are lesbians. Seemed like such an unlikely combination. We came back to the front desk and they took it off but did not enjoy that.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel itself was beautiful and very comfortable.
Cons: Does anyone actually work there... Need to check in? Better use the self check in terminal. Need towel for your room? Better use the text message AI. Need to check out? Better use the self check out terminal. Need directions? Just ask the time share salesman. (They don’t help but enjoy the very long winded sales pitch) Not spending several thousand per day? Better go kick rocks outside.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room, great pool area
Cons: Expensive drinks at pool.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location was good.
Cons: We booked 2 rooms in advance and requested a late check in. When we checked in our rooms were in completely different towers, which made things a little difficult to manuver since we traveled as a family. One room was great the other was almost completely windowless and very subpar. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. The room seemed very old and not up to date, which really isn’t that big of an issue, but when you’re paying luxury price you expect a luxury room. So if you can try to get something in the “Julius Tower”.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. The suite is huge, great decor. Fantastic with the adjoining unit. Got hit only an extra $81 / night.
Cons: Nothing bad
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Big nice room with great bath and the bed was wonderful.
Cons: Parking and resort fee are pricey.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was nice and comfortable.
Cons: The room had a stale smell upon arrival which was remedied upon our request for an air freshener. Check-in was not easy at the kiosk since we booked through Kayak and did not have a Caesar’s Palace confirmation number.
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: convenient location
Cons: things were open and not re stocked in the room, not very clean, one of the staff was very rude
4.0 Okay
Pros: The location was perfect
Cons: The stuff was not helpful, very disorganized, tgey obviously didn't care about their guest, very rude... so disappointed ... it's a 5 star hotel with a 0 star hospitality!!!! I am not coming back!!!
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing. Smells terrible, horrible service, parking is inconvenient, far, overpriced. Rooms are run-down, noisy, and don’t even have coffee included in the room.
Cons: Long lines, over-crowded, dirty carpet. Definitely not worth the money. Will never go back.
6.2 Good
Pros: Everything is in one hotel.
Cons: Fridge in room didn’t work. No in room hair dryer. For the money should have better room options. For the price everything should be at fingertips!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean modern decor. Swanky Mad Men feel
7.7 Good
Pros: Really great staff !! Room was clean and super nice
Cons: No restaurants in the property. It's attached to the miracle mile shopping center....kinda tacky.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I have stayed here twice. I find this is a good location. It is close to everything (dinning, entrainement, shopping, etc.) not noisy.
Cons: Everything was good nothing to dislike. The staff are professional and discreet. I recommend it to all. The parking is free.
5.1 Okay
Pros: At face value, the Elara looks like a nice hotel. However, it was obvious that they didn't put the amount of $$ into the amenities that matter.
Cons: Horrible wifi even after paying a premium price Check-out at 10 Remote control did not work IT support was not on-site and could not help The bed bowed into the middle The water pressure was horrible Not a fan of black toilets and jetted tubs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host who checked us in was very friendly and gave us a lot of useful information. The 24-hour bar was very useful, especially after landing after midnight, and it being too late for us to go out. The bartender was very friendly and hospitable. I liked the added security before getting to the elevators with the "guard" standing by to make sure everyone had working keys before entering the elevator area.
Cons: It was a little of a hassle to have to go to some rooms because they were on different towers. So, if they were on the 6th floor, but we were on the 50th floor, we had to go back down to the bottom floor to take another elevator to get to our friends' room. It was a little inconvenient. Also, when we asked housekeeping for clean towels, she reacted as if we were accusing her of stealing from our room. We were just asking if we could get new towels, because ours were laying on our beds, etc. Her reaction was odd since we weren't accusing her of anything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I always stay here and the rooms are always amazing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location!!
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were so big. Best experience by far. Will be booking there from now on
Cons: Some stuff were not working or a little difficult. Like the washer and dryer. Projector , jetted tub all work but difficult to handle
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel with great windows and good location. It was clean and the staff was friendly.
Cons: There wasn't a great front entrance. You normally had to pass through the mall to get anywhere.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The bed and view were great
Cons: Overbooked couldn't stay longer
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed the access to Miracle Mile. Very responsive staff and room service. We enjoyed the set up of the Jr Suite room, with fridge, access to bathroom from the hallway and not just sleeping room. Nice tub and large closets. Furniture was comfortable and the bed was exceptional.
Cons: A few details kept creeping up. The buttons on the phone didn't take you to the correct spot (pressing bell man went to IVR with no selection for bell stand). Miscommunication on the hotspot sign in (not on our room key folder and wasn't told at check in. Booking through one of their partners held a few surprises...no hilton points, wifi not free, "availability" of requested room. For example, I got a great email asking what kind of room preference (view, quiet, high floor, etc.) and a request for the timeframe I would arrive (late afternoon, evening etc.) Email was confirmed and they would do their best to accommodate. FYI I selected the view because my business partner and I would be spending two and half days developing our business plan in our room. When we entered the room, we were staring directly into the parking garage. Hey, guys don't ask if you can't deliver. Don't set expectations you can't fulfill. Whenever I book through third party, I seem to get treated as a sub-guest. But surprise - my experiences still contribute to my brand relationship overall. Usually with Hilton, the service and details are stunning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Found everything about the place to be first class. From the immaculate facilities to the professional and helpful staff to the amazing suite my high expectations were met and exceeded. Highly recommend this location to those seeking a fun, luxurious stay sans smoke and gambling in the lobby.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Air condition was smelled terrible. Hotel staff let us change the room.

Pros: staff is nice and very accommodating.
Cons: no, it was exactly as expected for a business traveler.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the space of the room is quiet big, and it is a very quiet place, could have a good rest.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: The bathroom fans were annoyingly loud. Although the breakfast was decent, I have stayed in other Springhill Suites in which the variety far surpassed this one.

Pros: The best service, casino, restaurants and spa
Cons: The spa does reach capacity quickly
10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything but the wifi
Cons: please up you wifi game!! It is one of the most important features!
5.7 Okay
Pros: Location and views
Cons: The room was tired and had non-functioning equipment. TV didn't work, curtains didn't open or work and the room control unit was broken. Took almost two hours, employees banging on the door, phone ringing off the hook to get the thing fixed. I had a work meeting in the morning and this was horrible.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were amazing
Cons: The music from the night clubs in the area went until 3 am
4.8 Okay
Pros: Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Well located on the strip.
Cons: We had many issues: -Were issued a room in the price class that we specified during booking -We requested a room near the elevator, since my wife is pregnant.. they were not able to accommodate this -Our keys failed to operate on 4 occasions. -The call center was not capable of transferring call to the front desk. -The call center told my pregnant wife that I had checked out of the hotel, when she called to re-activate her broken key. -The hotel lied about credits issued to our bill over the phone and from the front desk in response to the other issues experienced. Management was unsuccessful at responding to or remedying any of the above issues. I would not recommend this hotel until they work out the management and technological kinks that are keeping it from being a great hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Always a great stay. Great staff
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Very beautiful and modern hotel. Loved the room amenities and all the conveniences of modern luxury.
Cons: The hallways are long so expect to walk a distance to your room with only one set of elevators for the wingit services.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Was upgraded to a top floor with a strip view upon arrival by asking the front desk. That was a nice perk. The room was spacious and overall nice. Not as modern furniture, etc. as I was thinking I'd find. The room was high-tech and all functions (light, shades, tv, etc.) were controlled by a command iPad next to the bed. This did take some time to figure out how to navigate though.
Cons: Room service food was expensive. 11$ for a cup of coffee is outrageous. Additionally, I had a package delivered to the hotel and they charged me another 10$ plus tip for them to deliver it to my room. That seems unreasonably and outlandish to me.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Room technology is great, beautiful view from room, comfortable bed, generally quiet rooms (can’t hear neighbors). Hotel is not too large to be overwhelming or confusing.
Cons: Would have liked better/more shops within the hotel, feels like there is quite of bit of unused space. Would have liked an adjustable showerhead in the shower (prefer more showered spray of water)
7.4 Good
Pros: I stay here at least 2x a year for my boyfriends conferences. It's like a home away from hom.
Cons: The rooms were not cleaned as often as I liked, especially the bathroom. They tidied up but I can tell it was not cleaned.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Great customer service.
Cons: The rooms were a bit old.
7.1 Good
Cons: Room was older feeling for such a new hotel, and for a lesser price, vdarra or palazzo are infinitely nicer and amazing in comparison.

Pros: Room was very nice. Bathroom had a soaker tub and shower. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is off the strip but that is a good thing. This resort has theatres, pool, bowling alley, arcade, casino, bingo, poker, table games, great dining choices, and lots of shopping. Highly recommended.
Cons: No coffee maker in the room. Fridge was not available for our use. Was filled with items for purchase. Mini bar items are on a sensor and if lifted for more than 45 seconds, you are charged for the item. This was not explained to us when we checked in.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Was just passing through with the family and didn't want to stay on the strip! Great stay for the price!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Love that the Red Rock has everything you want from a luxury casino/hotel but its far from the hustle and bustle from the strip. Great pool and drop off lids club. Just remember to bring vaccination records for the kids club or they will refuse the kids aftet one visit.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Every light source for every space throughout the entire casino/hotel/spa facility was carefully considered by someone who cared enough about their tasking to ensure that the level of brightness was as close to perfect as humanly possible; a truly amazing feat.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: Very modern, hip and clean.

6.2 Good
Cons: Very few amenities at this hotel. Plumbing kept getting backed up. Shower head came loose. The pool area is drab and quite boring. Very thin walls. Just a very BORING hotel over all.
7.7 Good
Pros: Very quiet. No casinos to deal with or excessive smoking. Also no long checkout or check-in lines. Very nice rooms
Cons: The long walks from your room to the Vegas Strip. Also would like to see the rooms cleaned a little better. Purposely pulled back some sheets because they had many spots on them and when we returned they just remade the bed over. Also some faucets had heavy calcium buildup between the faucet. Instead of turning over room to fill them they need to just basically close rooms at times to do full cleanings like walls carpets and vents.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room layout was smart and fit my needs
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Liked the fact that I did not walk into a casino each morning. If you wanted to gamble then it was just steps away at the Bellagio or Avia
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Well located with nice view without being busy like the casinos. Easy to get breakfast without walking in the casino.
Cons: Windows were not clean.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The location, actual room, amenities were great. Glad that they had a bar on the property
Cons: My room had a defective closet light, it was hard to see inside
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were amazing!
Cons: Light switches were confusing and hard to find

9.1 Excellent
Pros: Room size and furnishings
Cons: Small breakfast area
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed ourselves. We first originally had a room on the 39th floor when we were supposed to had one Higher. The room on the 39th floor could use some maintenance as far as getting the sinks done. Also Vdara should use more time to do a complete cleaning instead of turning the room over and focusing more on selling out the rooms. The next day we were moved to the 55th floor and the wrong was nice. The View was excellent. The only thing I didn't like was we were given this room as part of a comp and it seemed as though they were pushing to get us out the room on the third day when the desk person gave us the wrong because he didn't have a room available on the first day. As with this room also I wish Vdara was spend more time working on doing complete cleaning as far as carpets washing walls windows and all major stuff you do in the cleaning. Other than that the room and the views were excellent
Cons: See comments above. But as noted Vdara should work on shutting down rooms and doing major updates and major cleanings to make the guest experience more better. Also the walk from your room to the strip can be long but that's no big deal and I would go back. As with all Las Vegas hotel the resort fee is ridiculous if you don't use any of the stuff related to it. You should be given the chance to be charged for what you use

Pros: Staff was great!!!!! Facilities were very clean and well maintained! Room was spacious and nice. Location is perfect after a long day/night on the strip, it's actually quiet and restful.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: nice stay, thanks
4.5 Okay
Cons: I chose the Signature because it had a charging station for the Tesla. I called to confirm they had it by phone. When we arrived I asked them to charge car for trip to La in the morning. They assured us they would. The next morning they bring up the car with 11 miles of charge. So we were delayed by about 2 hours and we had planned the trip to be in LA for a family event coming back early especially. I said "it's not been charged" Mario (actual name) says - "it wasn't me" I said but we have plans. "Nothing I can do" and walks away. I ask for his manager. He comes - frankly I forget his name - but he's the one actually responsible for setting the tone - and says - sorry - but nothing I can do." But our plans are ruined say I. We don't have a contract that we have to charge your car. Says he. "There was an implicit and verbal contract in your valets agreement to charge the car as well as the advertising of the availability of the supercharger and subsequently the valet saying he would charge the car." The utter disregard for any responsibility or care for a family of 5 traveling thru Nevada is unacceptable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed for 2 nights in a balcony suite with a view toward the strip. View was nice. Very clean suite had a jacuzzi tube for 2 and a firm but comfortable king bed. Air was set at 72°. Kitchenette with microwave, small fridge, stink, stove top perfectly suited our needs. Check in was easy and fast. Private entrance and complimentary valet service was the cherry on top. Would definitely do this again. Good value for the $.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a junior suite with balcony. We enjoyed the balcony, the location and the kitchenette. Great place for a family. You can enter without having to walk through a casino. Clean, spacious room.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: I really enjoyed staying at the signature! I was offered an upgrade to the 30th floor and my view from the balcony was amazing!
Cons: If You are looking for a place that has casinos, you will have to walk a ways. There are 3 towers and I was in the 3rd tower. There was a small cafe in the 2nd tower and a lounge in the 1st tower. If you plan on visiting the casino take your own cash because the ATM machines cost 8 bucks!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I travel to Vegas for business and at the end of the day I want to get away from the casinos and noise and relax in a nice big room. The MGM Signature is a relatively new building with nicely appointed, huge rooms, the lobby is quiet, and the pools are quiet. You can easily walk to the MGM if you want to find the crowds. A great spot!
2.2 Mediocre
Pros: Manager was very sweet!
Cons: Guest were freely doing drugs in the lobby. Dangerous place to stay!

Pros: My husband and I stayed here before but it was known as the hotel. It was great then and even better now! The property is beautiful. It smells wonderful In the lobby. And the bartender makes awesome dirty martinis!
Cons: N/a
7.1 Good
Pros: Room luxury, ambiance, calm and price
Cons: Staff, charged twice for parking, they didn't have our room upon arrival... and wanted to "upgrade" us with a room with an appointed bed...
7.4 Good
Pros: Overall, liked the cleanliness and updates of the rooms in the Delano. Staff very friendly and courteous. Bed was comfortable. Liked the tech upgrades with USB and VGA connections!
Cons: Bathroom fixtures could use some updating: no rainfall or side jets in shower, no bath gels/shower gels/lotions whatsover. Thank goodness I had my own!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We have been staying since it was called "The Hotel". We love the hotel and the location.
Cons: I do not know if there is a certain floor for people with dogs, but I got bite by flea couple spots and it was bad.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet with no casino. Security at the elevators and the extra bath in the living room ensures that you can work and not disturb anyone in the bedroom.
Cons: The 1-24 elevators needs to be fixed. Too much movement in moving up or down and the noise when it closes or opens is unbearable.
6.5 Good
Pros: The room is amazing and is the best part about this hotel.
Cons: The front desk staff was unhelpful and almost ruined my trip. Checking into the hotel took over an hour and they initially charged my card an extra hundred dollars for not honoring my reservation.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: comfortable, clean and stylish
Cons: Nothing
5.1 Okay
Pros: The place is beautiful...
Cons: That you didn't have plenty of options for allergies and the waiter was no help in suggesting alternatives.
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: This is far from a 5 star hotel. It's more like a 3 star. Rooms are cut up into small sections. Room service is horrible. The hotel shows its age with every turn.
Cons: Room, room service, food and hotel conditions.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was extremely clean, really nice and modern. Loved how each room had a tv...including the bathroom. Shower was very very nice, tub huge, mini fridge was convenient, lots of space and great view from room. Staff was super friendly and bar downstairs was very nice...smelled great too. Elevators were quick & always available
Cons: I hated that I paid $225 a night and it didn't even include free coffee in the room!! Everything was more expensive like the restaurant downstairs and valet charged for parking. $18 per day is ridiculous when I'm spending all kinds of other money at the hotel & casino. Even if we didn't valet, it was $10 per day to self park. Absolutely ridiculous.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The Suites were big and had a second half bathroom. Bathrooms were very nice. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Cons: $5 per cup charge for in room coffee!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous, spacious room.
Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like.

2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Kitchen, patio, and staff member that checked me and helped me with my luggage.
Cons: Bugs by the pool, holes in the walls, no housekeeping, bathroom shower bar broken, no enough towels and when I called to ask about restaurant that delivered the staff member was rude and said she doesn't eat fast food so I can't help you.

Cons: I disliked the noisy AC and small restroom.
7.1 Good
Pros: Off the strip, parking included. Nice pool area. Low key.
Cons: Constant calling to try to get you to join the time share. We stayed here only because we were part of a wedding party that had a time share. Very persistent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Off strip but walkable, closer to airport than others, free parking since more hotels are charging by the hour, quiet due to less drunks, spacious with kitchen for left overs and balcony to sit in sun, friendly and accomodating staff because I like the same room!
7.7 Good
Pros: Room facilities
Cons: Swimming pool close to earlier Bathroom inside main room
5.4 Okay
Pros: The resort itself was well maintained.
Cons: They did not clean the rooms on a regular basis. They came in once and made out bed. They only replaced two of the four towels with clean towels. One they left hanging in the back of the bathroom door wet and another they just took. We did not put then in the floor to be replaced because we had no idea if they were coming in the room or not. We were not informed that they did not clean the rooms when we booked or at check in. The dryer did not work in the laundry on site and we had to take wet clothes to a 24 hour laundromat to dry.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved having a small apartment feel to have everything I needed to cook and take a couple days off from the strip tourist grind but still very close to anything my family wanted to see. Check in was easy and location was quiet. Staff was friendly and attentive.
Cons: The only thing was that you could hear every time someone walked by the room because the walkways are kind of loud.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Having a full kitchen, location, no casino, and a good rate was what the resort a great choice for my stay.
