Shinta Mani Siem Reap, a newly invigorated upscale boutique property designed by architect Bill Bensley of Bensley Design Studios, one of Architectural Digest's Top 100 Architects and Interior Designers, showcases 39 contemporary guestrooms and public spaces inspired by the ancient Khmer temples of Angkor Wat, a scenic fifteen minute tuk-tuk ride from the hotel’s serene setting.
Guided by founder Mr. Sokoun Chanpreda’s philosophy of Open Doors, Open Hearts, Shinta Mani strongly supports responsible tourism and community outreach through the Shinta Mani Foundation which operates the Development Center - a purpose built facility within the hotel’s leafy grounds that provides free hospitality training to less fortunate members of the Siem Reap community.
A stay at Shinta Mani assists the Shinta Mani Foundation to achieve its goal of creating a bright future for the people of Cambodia. A percentage of all guests daily room rate will be contributed to the Shinta Mani Foundation to support their activities. Guests are welcome to visit The Development Centre or speak to staff about how they can make a difference.
The design of the hotel. The blend of nature and the modern architecture provided a balanced mix that felt homey and welcoming, but above all the Cambodian essence and culture still remained within, from the staff to the food to the art work. As for experience, fantastic! this magnificent staff allowed us to thoroughly enjoy, exploring the Angkor temples as well as the hotel itself, from booking our bikes to handing out refreshing towels after a long sweaty day. Great, hospitable staff. Always friendly and very helpful to ensure your stay is the best.
