Pros (+) Very good hotel, clean for the most part, and conveniently located. The free bottle of water is a nice touch.
Cons (-) The hotel has no control over the following but the guests can be very rude and noisy. What should be a quiet conversation in the hallways at 2am turns out to be a shouting match even though they are not mad at each other. Just very noisy while people are trying to sleep. I would recommend offering black coffee as opposed to coffee premixed with sugar and cream. Many people like black coffee.
