Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Chinatown, metro stations, and local attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing and travel. Many reviewers also highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, which contributed positively to their stay. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with several guests reporting mold, unpleasant odors, and insufficient cleaning in both rooms and bathrooms. Room sizes are often described as small, and the lack of an elevator poses challenges for some guests, particularly those with mobility issues. Overall, while the location and service stand out as positives, improvements in cleanliness and facilities are needed.
