Room 401, on the end of the top floor - the TV did not have enough bandwidth for any channel. I assume it is due to poor Wi-Fi signal being so far from the center of the building. It won’t stop me from coming again though, I survived without it.

Good, clean hotel. I typically stay at Courtyards whenever possible. Two observations: they really need to address the pigeons nesting under the main carport. The line of poop is unsightly when you walk into the entrance. And secondly, please do something with the “courtyard”! The grass is unkept, full of weeds (clover), bushes not trimmed. Make it look inviting at least!
