Amaris Hotel La Codefin Kemang

Amaris Kemang is maintained very well. Rooms and public areas are clean and everything is in working order. The double bed in my room was a king size and comes with four pillows. As usual, Amaris give a pair of slipper and two bottle of mineral water. Drinking glass is plenty and can be filled multiple times for free with mineral water from water stations available in each floor.

There is a noise from the out door unit of Air condition. However, the staff are all nice and helpful, and the location is very strategic for traveling anywhere in the area.

Amaris provide a great value of money spent at Kemang area. For covid reasons, breakfast is delivered to the room. It's standard Indonesian breakfast which is fine but there are lots of nice cafes in the area if you prefer. Location is super convenient. You can sit on 2nd floor restaurant/balcony if you order food to hotel.

When raining the road is flooded, and there is a small uncomfortable road to walk around the hotel. Additionally, to get dropped off or picked up by taxi, there is a 5k parking fee that the hotel doesn't cover.

The low season is in March, and the high season is also in March. The location is perfect for traveling anywhere between the area, and there are a lot of food court options around the area until midnight.

Some guests mentioned that the hotel is surrounded by nightclubs, leading to loud music at night. Consider requesting a room away from the nightlife area if you are sensitive to noise.

Guests recommended exploring the nearby food courts and cafes, especially those open until midnight, for a variety of dining choices outside the hotel.

Due to traffic noises and loud motorbike exhausts, some guests suggested bringing earplugs for a better night's sleep, especially if you are a light sleeper.

Before settling in, inspect the room for any maintenance issues such as broken shower taps, faulty window locks, or cleanliness concerns, as reported by some guests.

When raining, the road around the hotel may get flooded, so it's advisable to be cautious of the weather conditions when planning outings.
