The best things about this hotel are the location and breakfast. The hotel is clean and well managed with amazing staff. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are rooms to improve the services and facilities, however overall I am satisfied with the service and staff.

The lobby and other facilities are good, but when arrived the room was dirty; after asking to make it better it was not really improved so after 2 days I decided to complain with Agoda customer care; after that the room was cleaned properly and I had a good stay.

The A la Carte menu and facilities at the restaurant were not good. The AC was not working well, too hot in the room. The hotel kinda old building, with classic design, suitable for you who looking for place to stay and eat. Many restaurant nearby, strategic place. The hotel is missing a charging station or USB or multinational socket plug, however it is clean and simple with good location to eat and walk.

All the staff are super friendly especially as we stayed 10 days, therefore we got to know security, house staff and management. The breakfast was poor and not fresh. The breakfast wasn’t the best for Jakarta but still okay. The coffee was not very good. Only tea in the room. The menu of breakfast not much choice.
