Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's strategic location and some liked the room size and decor. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, lack of amenities such as toiletries and hot water, and negative experiences with staff service. While a few guests found the beds comfortable and the atmosphere pleasant, recurring complaints about service, cleanliness, and missing amenities were common. Overall, the location is a highlight, but improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and facilities.
