10.0 Excellent
Pros: Modern but still comfy, nice rooms, great staff. Great location right near downtown Burbank and a short drive to Hollywood. I would definitely stay again and have already recommend it to friends. The free breakfast was a pleasant surprise.
7.7 Good
Cons: I didn't like being surprised by parking fees. That should have been disclosed earlier and included in the room charge.
5.4 Okay
Pros: New, modern hotel with nice rooms. Okay breakfast - better than Holiday Inn as one would expect.
Cons: Incredibly bad sound insulation through the floors. We complained several times about neighbors who had very loud children left unattended into the late hours and the staff did nothing about it. They also did not provide any concessions or apologies. They could also not figure out providing free parking as part of our rate right up until we checked out and had to get it adjusted. We got locked out of our room and it took a very long time for them to send an engineer to bring the emergency keys. Overall, I would not come back here unless there was a really good deal going.

5.1 Okay
Pros: Very convenient to Universal Hollywood
Cons: They were unable to give me my Hilton honors points because I didn’t book through them. They were unable to give me a room near the other family we were with. The pool was closed. And the fee for parking was high, plus our rental didn’t fit in the garage so they charged us an oversized vehicle fee! Definitely overpriced!
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
5.4 Okay
Pros: Close to Universal Studios
Cons: The outside hallway carpet was greasy and muddy. Even after having them clean it, we continued to bring grease and grime and dirt into our hotel room. Our entry walkway was pretty disgusting because of it.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great, location to other attractions
Cons: The parking garage was pricey considering I paid 200.00 a night should get a discount when staying. The elevators were all not in service. Breakfast was too expensive for a weeks stay. I couldn't find a salon inside for service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best place to stay when going to Universal Studios, and I go a lot. There's a free shuttle that takes you to the entrance of City Walk or you can walk there in less than 10 minutes via the pedestrian bridge.
5.7 Okay
Pros: The room was spacious...good pillows. Good gym, nice pool.
Cons: Two elevators were out (and have been for 3 years!), making trips up and down sometimes very lengthy. You can call the operator each time you go to the elevator asking to be picked up, but how ridiculous for a hotel of this caliber. Restaurant food was boring. All three places to eat at the hotel had the same menu, with tiny differences. The first meal or two it is fine, you can find alternate foods to eat, but after a few days, a change is necessary. It cost $18 for a so-called, all you can eat 'continental breakfast'...yogurt, fruit, cereal, muffins and coffee! This Hilton is near the Universal City Walk, all franchise restaurants so no good food nearby for real foodies...if you like buffets with all you can eat, this is your place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Closest hotel to Universal Studios. The staff is excellent. The hotel is very nice. The Peet’s Coffee in-site is well planned.
Cons: Was a bit crowded.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Walking distance to universal and reasonable droving distance to many LA locations.
Cons: Cost of parking.
7.4 Good
Pros: Location was great to Universal Park.
Cons: You have to pay $28 a day for parking. The beds were uncomfortable. Some staff seemed bother by our existence.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: If you are going to Universal Studios, the location is excellent and they have a shuttle running to and from every 20 minutes.
Cons: If you're going anywhere in the LA area, other than Universal Studios, the location is far and app taxis (Uber, Lyft...) have a hard time finding it because the parking lots and entries between the hotels and Universal Studios are a real maze.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Staff and less than 10 minutes walking distance to Universal studio
Cons: Wait for elevator and parking was pricey

8.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and comfortable.
Cons: Beds were TOO small for a group of 6 girls.
6.5 Good
Pros: I loved the bed but that's about it.
Cons: When I first checked in I was carrying my baby and luggage and had my son follow. Got all the way to my room and my key didn't work so i had to drag it all back down and carry it all back up a second time. The shower clogged up. The tv was in & out and some channels didn't have any volume?! No fridge, no microwave, no table for us to eat on.... (There was a desk my son ate on but me & my husband had to eat standing up or on the bed) Parking is $21 a night for guest. You have to pay for wifi & breakfast.
6.5 Good
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: No breakfast for guests unless you pay at the restaurant or order room service.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Great value for the price. Only thing that I can point out was check in. We had to wait for a room to get cleaned even though we were checking in 2 hrs past regular check in. Also no hot tub. :( staff was top notch. I have never had towels delivered so fast. I swear they were to us before I hung up, haha
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. Was only there for a night, but staff was very attentive.
Cons: You had to pay extra for parking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed there before going to vegas for our honeymoon... Awesome place, staff is extremely friendly, totally recommended
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff
Cons: Double queen beds seemed a little small and mattresses were not very comfortable.

Cons: Harrased my employee ingram.. because im disabled front was all empty someone decided to park it behind my handicap parking spot ...as that employee was walking by i told him someone parked this here and i cant get out can you do something.he ignored me kept wallki g untili had to be louder so he can hear me and come .he said no....just go...i told him i am disabled he said you need to lean how to drive now pull out...he ba ked us out and leave now
7.4 Good
Pros: Steak salad from room service was exceptional! Employees were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Toilet stopped up. Hallways smelled musty. Bedspread smelled like someone's perfume - obviously was not washed before I arrived. Woodwork was full of nicks and scratches. Very dissapointing for a Marriott.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel was clean and staff was super friendly but the parking wasn't free, $21 dollare a day. Yikes!
Cons: No free parking.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The pool area at night was beautiful
Cons: The only thing I would mention is that the additional parking fee was not clear when I booked, I ve found out of this at the hotel
9.1 Excellent
Pros: We liked pretty much everything. There's a pool, fitness center, & gift shop. There's also a fully functioning restaurant (The Daily Grill) that is open early & closes late. Great place to have people in the area meet us for food or drinks. Very comfortable rooms with everything you need included.
Cons: It was nice to have a parking lot in the hotel, but if you opted not to go with Valet, it was a little bit of a walk to get to the lobby with suitcases & such. Adding to that, the parking lot is shared with airport travelers, so there were times at night where we were concerned we wouldn't find any spaces, even though we were hotel guests. But, it still worked out, there were a couple of hidden spots. My biggest complaint is that the air-conditioning unit in our room was very loud & would wake us up throughout the night whenever it clicked on. On a minor note, the business area in the room with the extra outlets had blown a fuse & no power was coming out of it. We let the front desk know. Over-all, these are small complaints (other than the AC).

8.6 Excellent
Pros:
6.0 Good
Pros: The location was great. Staff was great.
Cons: Room was musty and outdated. The air conditioner couldn't keep up with the heat. It was warm all night. The bed was uncomfortable. For a $200 a night room, it should have been a better quality mattress. And the price of the room online was much cheaper than the price we paid.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location and price. Starbucks in the lobby.
Cons: The hotel overall felt old, tired and way overdue for a complete renovation.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We liked the comfortable beds and updated room. The hotel had everything we needed - although we didn't have the chance to try much out since we were staying there after a late wedding and left early morning.
Cons: Valet was overpriced. For the price of the room self-park should at least be free. The room location (318) was level with the gravel top roof building below - unsightly and defeated the purpose of having a balcony.
6.8 Good
Pros: The concierge office was good with instructions. Registration was friendly and helpful.
Cons: When we first arrived and went to our room, they had not made the bed and the pillows were on the chair in the room. The room cleaning staff was not real up to the standard that Marriott offers other places. We found a wet towel on our side table one day, they never replaced the glasses once they were used. They either left them or just did not replace them even though they were gone or dirty. They did not remove used food on plates from the room - Had to place them in the hall for them to get taken. Left things as if they had not finished their job. It seems that the cleaning staff needs to be taught the proper things to do. DO NOT leave rooms unfinished! The concierge lounge was not what it has been at other stays in other areas. They ran out of food each evening. The selection was not at all what it has been other locations. The staff in this area were not very friendly.
6.0 Good
Cons: I had reserved 5 rooms each with 2 double beds. At checkin I was given 4 rooms each with a King bed & 1 room with 2 double beds. Each room was to accommodate a family of 4. Clearly, 4 people would not fit on 1 King bed. I was offered a rollaway in only 1 of the rooms with a King & told that there were no more rollaways available. Some members of my party could not stay at the hotel & went to stay with local relatives. Shame on Marriott for not honoring the reservations as made!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was comfortable and adequate. It was pretty inexpensive going through an online source. Having said all the negative comments it is tons better than most hotel rooms I have been in.
Cons: They did not give free wi fi. I tried to use my computer with a wire in the business room and it did not work. The lobby was so noisy that it was impossible to use the computer there even though in the lobby the wi-fi was "free". The parking was like a block away and you had to pay. They were short on amenities. I felt like they were nickel and diming me. The nice view they gave me was rather short on the nice. ,They did not give free wi fi. The parking was like a block away and you had to pay. They were short on amenities. I felt like they were nickel and diming me. The nice view they gave me was rather short on the nice.

6.5 Good
Pros: Big room. Walking distance to shopping (Westfield Topanga).
Cons: Noisy. The room is not well insulated from noise in the hall way and adjacent rooms. The mattress was too soft. The bed frame made noise and had to be fixed. No safe in the room for valuables. Internet costs extra. $17 for parking.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, room was very clean and comfortable
Cons: they have removed the bath tubs, which was a bummer because I was really looking forward to a hot soak at the end of my day. Also, the overhead bathroom light automatically shuts off after a few minutes, so the room went mostly dark during my shower.
5.4 Okay
Cons: Bedding was terrible, paper thin
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Why is there no pool at this facility?
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is maintained nicely, staff is supportive and friendly.
Cons: Rooms are showing their age. No in room safe, no in-room technology plate, wireless access only,
5.7 Okay
Cons: A jug of milk, ordered for my three young children was 22 dollars.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: very good, clean room
Cons: wake up call system not reliable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Weekend rates were excellent and it is centrally located within a mile of dozens of restaurants, a movie theatre, malls, etc.. 15 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes from Hollywood. Great location if you are visiting someone in the West San Fernando Valley
Cons: The lobby was under constructions so it was a little bit hectic with the limited operating space.
6.8 Good
Pros: Staff was very nice.
Cons: No Fridge in room. Windows didn't open.
7.7 Good
Pros: Overall looked nice clean and contemporary
Cons: Hair on bed, dirty stained pillow case, uncomfortable bed and high humidity in the room. Had the thermostat set at 60 degrees and my wife and I had to sleep with no blankets while in a hot room. We got maybe 3 hours of sleep. We notified the front desk about the multiple hairs on the bed and the stained pillow case and they immediately replaced them.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Due to an oversight from booking.com we ended up without a place to stay for the evening, we never tried kayak before and in less than a minute we secured a room, cheaper than the original booking. The hotel was clean room was spacious they had a shuttle in a three mile radius. Close to shops malls etc.
Cons: Hated the lumpy pillows , gel pillows work so much better. Our heads weigh a lot so down pillows just get smashed down. Shower head was way too high and was low flow,
7.7 Good
Pros: Price was, great for a safe and clean room.
Cons: Had to pay $17 for parking when there are plenty of parking in near by malls. Room was no frills but clean and comfortable

9.4 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room I was in was cute. The furniture was nice and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I made my reservation an hour before I was to arrive because my other accommodations didn't work out. I enjoyed my stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Cons: No complaints!
9.7 Excellent
Pros: We loved the pool and hot tub, and the clean and updated facilities. The staff was very helpful, prompt and kind as well.
Cons: The food was too expensive for the quality of what you got to stay at the hotel to eat.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent room amenities- plenty of outlets, lamps, and seating in our particular room. Loved the standard microwave and fridge, although we didn't need it. Powerful air conditioning. :) Overall, more good than bad.
Cons: In our room on the 18th floor, it sounded like someone above us was constantly showering. Only...we were the very top floor, so that couldn't have been lol. Either way, I heard very loud running water sounds most of the night. Also, being close to the freeway, we had a LOT of traffic noise pretty constantly. it made it difficult to fall asleep, so I ended up using a white-noise app on my phone to try and drown some of it out.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were amazing, and the view was very beautiful! The workers were very polite and very outgoing
4.8 Okay
Cons: Elevator is slow. Walls aren't insulated properly, you hear everything around..someone taking shower..someone using bath..alarms from other rooms...
6.2 Good
Pros: The rooms were very nice and comfy. Nice size bathroom.
Cons: The non-smoking rooms wreaked of disgusting stale cigarettes. As a non-smoker, it made me gag!!
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The modern amenities, quality, location was perfect,
Cons: The fees were high for an average size of room. I've paid that much in the past (Oxnard ~ Garden Inn) but they have small kitchenettes, free bfast & dinner.
6.8 Good
Pros: Nice hotel
Cons: I was charged an additional 289.00 at check in
4.8 Okay
Pros: Room was clean.
Cons: There was construction happening at 8am on a Saturday morning. My friends and I stayed out late the night before and would have liked to sleep in longer, but our sleep was rudely interrupted with loud drilling in the room above us. Told the staff while checking out and they didn’t really seem to care and didn’t try to do anything to resolve the issue.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed the entertainment Friday and Saturday night. Kareoke and the house band were awesome
Cons: The pool area could use some upgrades and a jacuzzi
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Had frig and mirowave in the room .
Cons: Our room had a connecting door in it. The one night someone in the other room went to sleep with his tv volume up. beginning of the night we were able to sleep but as it got to early morning it became a problem. However when we tried to fix problem they quickly helped solve the issue.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Ita the nicest holiday inn i hqve ever seen and the girl at the front desk told me it was the biggest too. Also PARKING IS FREE. . . A rarity in LA
Cons: It was all good
9.7 Excellent
Cons: My only suggestion is that the room service could be a bit nicer for the price... plasticware?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was amazing (though having a newborn with us helped). Young pregnant woman at front desk (didn't catch her name) was exceptionally accomodating.
Cons: First night was broken by several members of a wedding party banging on our door and being loud in general.

4.0 Okay
Cons: We had to kick and scream to get a room that matched our reservation. They told us they had no more king bed rooms available. Then after raising a stink they magically found us a king room. There is also no material (magazines) in the room that describe the city or activities in the area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Anza was the only hotel in the area that was pet friendly so my choices were limited. Luckily! Very contrmporary design with hardwood floors in the rooms. I read comments about the shower design and how the floor gets wet. It does, but who cares? Threw down an extra towel and called it good. Very nice staff and easy check in. Mini-fridge in the room was also nice to keep wine cood. Very spacious rooms so the three of us sharing the room were plenty comfortable.
Cons: Only downside I found was no room service. There are single brew coffee pots in the room but I would have loved to have been able to have a pot of fresh coffee each monring in the room. There is a restaurant in the hotel which DOES service breakfast and coffee as well.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Pet friendly.
Cons: Over priced
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Rooms, common areas, and facilities were very nice and modern looking.
Cons: Outside (dirty / run down), the parking (old / run down), and hallways (old / run down).

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very relaxing environment, also accept dogs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All was fabulous at the Anza. Love the room. The bed was very comfortable. Henry and Zoe at the front desk were very professional, informed and personable. My only suggestions would be to have a few hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels and maybe a mirror on the side wall in the bathroom. I wear contacts and it sometimes hard to see across the vanity.
5.7 Okay
Pros: The beds were amazing!!!
Cons: The bar was expensive and the staff was not attentive and appeared to only want to serve when it was convenient to them. For the money, I spent I would expect either a complementary continental breakfast or free parking. Neither was available.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff & offered us late check out since we didn't check in until 2am. Very clean, nice location.
Cons: Doesn't include breakfast
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Great ambience, $6mil upgrade really showed hotel's quality & efforts to be hotel of choice in Calabasas.
Cons: $10 parking fee No breakfast (?) Guests on 2nd floor (I stayed on 1) can be heard walking around above (ruined the hotel experience).

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: When we checked in we were told they sold out on higher floor rooms, and only room is on the 4th floor. That room, 420 was dated! Room number on the door was handwritten. Everything was old. I was so angry that I paid over $300 including tax for this pos!
4.0 Okay
Pros: Staff was okay. Food was good.
Cons: It's being remodeled. Was very noisy in our room 1802 during the day we were trying to take a break between conference sessions. The elevators were incredibly slow! up to a 20 minute wait one evening!(6/13) The door was a hassle, took multiple tries to get it open, latch isn't lined up with striker plate, told front desk, they didn't understand and gave us another key card We'll stay at the Hilton I think, but a bit more money......or wait for remodel to be finished.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic staff, great location within walking distance to Universal Studios & not far to drive to Warner Brothers Studios.
Cons: Rooms are a bit dated & need a makeover, however they are currently renovating the public areas so I am sure they could possibly then start on updating their rooms. The public areas look great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel Staff was amazing! They went above & beyond to make sure that our stay was everything we hoped it would be.
Cons: Nothing!
6.5 Good
Pros: The comfort of the beds was hands down a good thing and the location the universal studios makes this a great hotel to stay at. Check in was a breeze.
Cons: The pool deck is a major liability! It gets wet and it's slick as ice so beware. Wrong tile. There are stains on some of the hallway carpets. We found Trash and a pair of kids shoes under our bed.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff
Cons: Didn't give newly upgraded room a 'test run' before renting it out. Several issues. Experience was not worth the $300/night we spent.
4.0 Okay
Cons: Was charged a deposit at the hotel, had to pay to park. Also room was soooo cold had to sit in coat and hat, called front desk we were offered a space heater but it was never brought to the room. Called the front desk and was told the heat had been cut back on so heater in room should work now.. It didn't
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff always make us welcome and that's why we keep going back.
Cons: Nothing, it's got everything you need.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: So close to Universal Studios and had a shuttle right outside the hotel
Cons: the door handle to the room needed to be looked at
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: I tried to cancel the hotel because I had a personal emergency and was unable to do so
6.0 Good
Pros: As above
Cons: Not clean, especially the front of the hotel. The emergency exit door was broken and the floor in the front had stains of vomit!
5.7 Okay
Pros: Team members were friendly, shuttle to Universal Studio mall plus in walking distance if you choose and food was good. We were there for our grandsons birthday
Cons: First I could have had better room rate then what we got Sheraton is a Starwood management and we are owners of a Hotel in San Diego that is also managed by Starwood.. So I had told the manager checking us in that and he still didn't do anything about a lesser rate. Second under remodeling no ATM machine black out curtain didn't close properly use hair clippies to keep outside lighting out at night..
