Pros. Ability to park our car.People read these reviews hoping to come up with some information that will help them make a decision weather to stay at this hotel or find another. Here is your quick and short answer: If you are a western person or from a developed country, stay far away from this hotel. On the otherhand if you are from Indonesia or another underdeveloped country you may feel at home in this place. Read on... The first room we were shown was filthy dirty. The second one was not as dirty but there were bare electrical wires in the bathroom, the installed refrigerator did not work, there was a shelf for a microwave oven but one was not installed, the bath towels were stained with rust or blood we could not tell, the toilet would flush if you held down the button, we bought our own soap and shampoo given the poor quality if what they provided as soap, the air conditioner leaked condensation on the wall and floor and black mold was all around the vent, the bed sheets were stained, coffee service was not replenished, one day housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:30 AM and the next the room was not serviced until after 4 PM, there was a foul smell coming from a sink above the non-functioning refrigerator, the bathtub drain was stuck closed so it would not drain, the faucets on the bathroom sinks did not match and were very corroded, the last day we were there we received on towel for our family of three. I could go on but will stop there.
Cons. Read my review: As far as the breakfast is concerned, it is purely Indonesian food; rice, noodles, soup, vegetables, etc. Eggs can be ordered but that is the extent of any western food. There was no milk available for children or to add to coffee. the juice is tasted like sugar water with some yellow/orange coloring. So, as a family that travels a good deal and lives in Bali, Indonesia you are getting input from someone used to less than western quality facilities and I still cannot recommend staying here. Strongly suggest another place. The one positive is that there is car parking behind the hotel for 6 cars!
Pros. The rooms are beautiful, I had the Pool Suite which was total luxury. 24 hour rooms service and a good restaurant made the stay even better! Staff are absolutely fantastic, and nothing is too much trouble.
Cons. Some renovation work is required on the building and rooms as wear and tear is starting to show.
