Pros (+) Comfort of the bed
Cons (-) Reserved online. They originally weren’t going to honor rate for room because they gave the room away we’d reserved and had to upgrade. If it wasn’t for the clerk helping us it’d would’ve been bad. His tenacity saved the business the review and customer.

The doorl provided no noise reduction, and we could hear everything that was going on in the next room (a family with kids that stayed up until 11:30 PM). My husband and I needed to leave very early in the morning and we ended up getting very little sleep.
