Pros (+) Bed was extremely comfortable. Very nice. Good TV. Nice set up for outlets and connections for your devices.
Cons (-) No Microwave, no refrigerator, and the in hotel dining was very, very expensive. $20 for 3 blueberry pancakes and 3 slices of bacon with a water-a incl $3 tip. $20 for a cheeseburger and fries with a water - incl a $3 tip. They must think they are the Ritz Carlton.

Pros (+) Shaff were nice enough and the main floor had a very pleasant and clean smell. Food in the restaurant was good but pricey.
Cons (-) The fitted sheets for the bed were under sized for the bed probably due to shrinking and wouldn't stay on which was very frustrating along with effecting my sleep. Once you moved past the main floor the smell turn from pleasant to mildly musty. Not to mention the women who checked us in said that we were not charged for parking and not to worry about it, then when I got the bill it was there. I do...

Pros (+) Great atmosphere, nice lively lobby, nice pool area, etc. Overall facilities were nice Front desk staff were nice and pleasant.
Cons (-) Room was very damp and moist- very uncomfortable, almost unusable. Ventilation is an issue. Sales office misrepresented costs of hospitality room we obtained in connection with our dad's funeral. Very disappointed that management would not correct this issue after bringing it to their attention.

Cons (-) Had trash from previous guests, hair in bath tub, had ants in bathroom they moved us to new room only to have ants there also.
