Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near the airport, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the quality of the breakfast. Many found the shuttle service reliable and appreciated the comfortable beds. However, there were notable concerns about cleanliness in some rooms, including reports of stains, odors, and even bed bugs. Some guests also mentioned issues with the gym, outdated facilities, and occasional problems with amenities such as the bathroom or air conditioning. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially for those prioritizing location and service.AI-Generated from customer reviews
