excellent location for where we were going, convenient, good service, no dramas!!!
Staff was excellent, very helpful. Walking distance to Britannia. A good value for what it was, breakfast was adequate.
I would think most of their customer base are football fans, so not to have sports channels in the rooms or at least in the lobby is a service they are missing.
Good position for business. 24 hour check in is useful
Great staff And Rooms were very Tidy.
You get what you pay for. It was clean and the staff were helful.
The pillows were very hard. We booked for a double but on arrival to the room discovered two singles. They couldnt move us as was fully booked. Not the end of the world. Also quite a few children running up and down the corridor. It was half term however.
All the staff were very polite.
No, there was nothing we didn't like. There were young children with lots of energy who run up and down the corridor till quite late [9-9.30pm] and early morning, this did not spoil the stay, children do have to use it up in some way................what a shame we can't plug them into the national grid, think of the money we'd save!!!!
You know what to expect with these hotels, so no surprises.
Bed's were too soft and moved around on their wheels too easily. For the money they charge, they should offer a cooked breakfast.
The walk across a dark car park for an evening meal.
It was very easy to arrange and we just wanted a bed for the night which this provided.
