The room and bathroom were both nice sized. The staff are exceptional, very friendly and helpful! We would definetly stay there again.
Very enjoyable stay, great stay.
The hotel is very clean.
The location was convenient, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, the breakfast was adequate.
Price and Friendly Staff
Rooms too dark because of use of 'crummy' Compact Fluorescent Lamps (CFLs). TV remote hard to use.
Very clean, Friendly staff, fireplace, hot tub and pool. Excellent breakfast bar.
Was very clean and the breakfast bar was very good.
The pool closed at 11:00 PM. I think that they should keep it open till 12 pm for adults.
Everything was fine except they missed my wake up call
Yes, they totally missed my wake up call. I woke up 45 mins late
Great price ! Friendly staff, and good breakfast !! Will definitely return
Can't say anything bad.
Excellent stay overall! The entire staff from the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful.I will definitely stay here on my next trip up to Door County, and I have already recommended the hotel to friends.
Room was great: 2 queen beds, fridge, micro, plenty of hot water, heater (cool night) kept us perfectly comfortable. Good bed and pillows. The fridge woke me up twice, humming, but other than that - great sleep. Breakfast a nice surprise: eggs, sausage...
There breakfast was outstanding. Everything you could ask for.
The smell as you walk into your room was overwhelming, I don't know if it was a previous smoking room or not but the smell was bad. In general the room could use a good overhaul.
Electrical plug in for my boat. Staff was friendly.
Breakfast could use some work and parking became an issue at night
Stuck on second floor with no elevator.
Location staff was friendly
Bathroom was dirty, bed was hard, refrigerater was loud and heat control did not work And made a sealing noise. breakfast was not good.
After requesting a wakeup the office never fulfilled the request. We had already payed for a $397.00 fishing trip. The hotel expressed regrets but never offered us compensation
Had no elevator to get to second floor. Wings were not connected had to haul suitcase up and down two flights of stairs. First room I was given had a broken light in the bathroom. They came to clean it up then moved me to a different room in a wing which
