The hotel is well located next to Pan Men, away from the crowds. Ms Sunny at the concierge was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in recommending the places of interest. She conducted an excellent tour of Pan Men for us. She even went out of her way to book tours and transport for us.

Breakfast is not bad given the price is reasonable. The location is not far from major attractions.

The room is very clean & spacious, enough for us to add a bed. However, the staff took quite long to add the extra bed for us. Other than that, the service at Pan Pac is great, especially the staff stationed at the door, he is so friendly and nice!

The Chinese dinner was among the best.

During winters only heating AC is available. Would have been much better if AC could also do cooling, which was disabled. Be aware that there are occasionally mosquitoes at night, but the hotel does provide an insect repelling device in each room which was quite effective.
