Room too hot.
Staff, room and facilities were good.
The heating made clanking and dripping noises when it came on.
wifi good/ check in/check out quick. Relaxing place to unwind after a day on the road
Restaurant service very slow but good quality food.
Staff were brilliant nothing was too much trouble, even allowed us to check in early so we could get to the rugby on time!
a very pleasant stay, staff were very friendly and helpful, would stay again.
We chose this hotel as a pet friendly policy is in place. No extra charge for pets either! a real bonus. Friendly staff and a full Welsh breakfast to start the day.
The food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. Great service.
Poor TV picture in room
The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful - they were excellent. Having stayed in hotels throughout the world, the staff here were the best! If service is valued above the condition of the hotel, it is recommended.
The hotel is shabby, tired and well past its sell by date. The entrance had been damaged by storm or high vehicle contact, the rooms needed complete restoration, the lift is on its last legs - come on, Best Western, provide the staff with the hotel they deserve. If service is valued above the condition of the hotel, it is recommended.
just relax and had a walk on the beach
