Conveneint location.Beds are always comfortable.Fan in room appreciated as quite warm
cheap, clean, well organised, nice personell
location not very romantic
We stayed at the Premier Inn as it was nearby to some relatives who was celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary. It's saviour was a very comfortable clean, well made bed. Although their only option for a twin room is a sofa bed, not so good for the second person.
Premier Inn currently have a nationwide campaign advertising rooms at £29 per night, our 5 nights ranged from £43 - £66 per night room only, booked 5 weeks in advance. So irritating to have this advertising everywhere you look. In general the hotel was clean, however let down by the 1cm thick band of thick dust and fluff along every skirting board, everywhere! (I'm a hotelier so notice these things). £10 a day, too much for internet connection. Some seating in the large empty foyer would be nice. Unfortunately due to staff issues at the associated Kembery Inn dining was an experience we only took once. OK for traveling working men or a 1 night stopover, a bad choice for us.
We had difficulty in locating hotel. Sat Nav led us all over the place. Reception said many have this difficulty as the Post Code does not work with recent road alterations.
It is well located. Staff are friendly
No Air-conditioning. Room had a electric fan which was not adequet
The staff were extremely helpful and checking we were ok. The staff in the nearby restaurant also could not do enough for us and made us feel very welcome.
The only down side was I could not plug my phone charger in, as the location of the plugs made it impossible! I had to ask the staff in reception to do it for me. The room was very warm at night as we could only open the windows a little bit.
Would stay again.
The friendliness of the Staff together with the standard and cleanliness of the rooms, including bathrooms. On speaking to the room-servicing staff, it was clear that they take great pride in their work and that they care about customer satisfaction :)
Nothing I didn't like
disable car parking near door and some where to eat good food
For 67 pounds my family (2+2) stayed for one night with breakfast, in the really big and clean room.
