I love this airline. Second time flying and it was just as nice.
Pros: The Miami to Amsterdam flight was smooth and quiet. This Boeing Dreamliner is pretty nice! The staff is kind and helpful. The meal was pretty tasty. No massive check in lines like I saw for AirEuropa as I headed to security. Poor souls. The comfort economy was alright. Chair reclined enough. It’s not Star or Premium. Plane stayed clean. I search our TuiFly when going to Europe. Maybe I shouldn’t be saying all this because everyone will want them.
Cons: I will have to say that the cabin was a little warm even for this Florida resident. I wish they would have offered more water rather than say the bar is open. Maybe offer wine for charge with meal. Maybe a booze and water cart. I wish the .nl website was English capable.

TUIfly Netherlands- Excellent!
Pros: Great on board staff and smoothly run operation- felt very personal although it was a large flight! Economy class was spacious enough for the long overnight flight and overhead cabin space was great! Clean and professional.

Ok for the price
Pros: Staff was good and friendly. They have a new Boeing 787 which is faster then most other aircrafts. Price was cheap I paid from Orlando to Amsterdam about 250$ one way.
Cons: Absolutely HORRIBLE comfort of the seats, basically you have NO legroom at all, it's ok if you have a short flight like 2-3 hours but when you fly long distance it makes you VERY tired and really uncomfortable, I've never seen anything like that before. They serve food only once and it's not good and very small portion. Overall if you're looking for a cheap flight tui is the answer but I'd rather pay extra 100-300$ and get a bigger airline with more comfortable seats.

Missed our flight
Pros: I liked nothing about this airline. The customer service was awful.
Cons: The flight time changed to one hour earlier which left my party and I without a flight home from Amsterdam while we needed to reach Florida. The customer service desk was absolutely awful which provided no help at all. We asked the desk where to check in for the our flight which was apparently already boarding, while the woman told us to go wait in line. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, the check in desk told us that it was too late to check in for the flight. This led us to spend over $1000 on a new flight home. Thank you TUIfly.

787 only way to travel
Pros: The 787 Dreamliner was a fabulous experience in air travel. BIG decision is to pay the extra money for COMFORT class rather than to fly economy. Makes a BIG difference!
Cons: Entertainment options (movies) were not of interest; could upgrade the duty free options for purchase. Crew was pleasant yet had to wait a long time to get them to recognize the crew light to address the entertainment issues.
