10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful traditional Japanese accommodation located right in the heart of Ureshino. The house is very nicely designed and welcoming. There is a cosy common room and an outside deck right next to the river with tables, seats and a footbath, where it was great to sit in the evening. Very friendly and helpful staff. They picked me up at the central bus station and even took me to another bus station further away on my way out. Delicious Japanese dinner, served in the room and great Japanese breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay and hope that I can come back!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff from the Ryokan were such a delight. They were extremely helpful and made our stay very pleasant. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to go to Ureshino by bus instead of car. The staff from the Ryokan fetched us at the bus interchange from a last minute notice. When it was time the next day to go to the bus station, they went the extra mile to drop us there. We didnt even realise we left a camera bag behind at the Ryokan till another staff drove to the bus station to return it to us. This really saved our day! Their service is excellent!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice dinner and breakfast were offered. High quality hot spring. Kind staff
Cons: We arrived to uresino IC at 6:10 pm, but we couldn’t use pick-up service; If the available time for service is not informed in regulation, please put it. Without it, I and my friends were satisfied!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like the onsen. It was near a very beautiful bridge. Very beautiful scenery from the room. the dinner and bfast was good and the staff were very nice and cheerful.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It's a small, personal family business ryokan. The owner picked me up from the bus station and that was much appreciated. Breakfast and dinner was plentiful and very delicious. Staffs were friendly and personal. The onsen was small but the water felt more from the source ( I have tried onsen at other bigger hotel). Enjoyed our stay very much.
Cons: There was a humming sound that went on and off in the middle of the night on my second night. Didn't have very restful sleep as I could hear the sound, however my partner didn't hear it. Later checked with the owner and knew it was from the hot water pipe.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Good place and friendly staff. The half board is very excellent. I enjoyed with local delicious dish. However i have some problems that are the communication with staff in English and i had been charged the additional onsen cost when checked out. I haven’t known it before. But the another things are very good and value for money.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The meals at the ryokan is amazing! For dinner, they bring your food into your room and after dinner they clear the table and set up the futons for you. The breakfast is equally delicious. Definitely an unforgettable experience for us! In addition to the regular onsen baths they also have a small outdoor footbath area to hang out at. The staff were very nice and friendly :)

7.5 Good
Pros: It was a good time for us to stay at Yoshidaya. Public & private bathrooms and room condition were really good so we were able to enjoy the high quality service of Ryokan. It was a lucky that I knew and stayed at Yoshidaya in Ureshino.
Cons: It would be much better if there were English speaker staffs. I do not mean that I want to someone who can speak English, Korean or other languages fluently, but at least for basic conversation between guest and staffs.

Cons: none
7.0 Good

Pros: Their staffs are very friendly, even the ones who cannot speack English well. The evening when we had dinner there, they sent a staff capable of speaking Mandarine to serve us the whole meal. Although it's not absolutely necessary but we certainly feel their consideration. Both dinner and breakfast are impressive! We love the dofu cuisine especially. The private family bath is a plus for this hotel as well.
Cons: None.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The private Onsen in the room is amazing and they have individual rooms at the dining area for your meals.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Kaiseki dinner and japanese breakfast were outstanding; if you want a change of pace after visiting large Japanese cities, i.e. Osaka, Tokyo, Ureshino is a good choice. We have had many kaiseki dinners before, the one served at Yoshidaya was memorable and delicious. We like the aesthetics through out Yoshidaya; in the open air private onsen, I was particularly impressed by how the beautiful Japanese garden scene was framed like a painting by exposing it through a rectangular opening of a cement wall; perfectly set at your eye level when you are sitting down in the onsen.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Friend, accommodating, relaxing
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Dinner is excellent
Cons: The public bath is a bit small

Pros: Private outdoor onsen Spacious room Omakase dinner
Cons: Suggest they check on the dietary restriction and food allergy. Also, the seating arrangement is very rigid. I am assigned to a room near the bar. I find it claustrophobic but not able to change since all the rest are assigned Water pressure for the hot water is irregular, cant use at the basin and in the shower room Water flask is rusty in the inside

Pros: The room was huge and the view from the room isnt bad at all. The onsen was great - definitely hot enough to relief all fatigue, and water really does make your skin smooth.
Cons: The dinner wasn't the most delicious, but that's nitpicking. The open air onsen was a little underwhelming because of the lack of a nice view to look at.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Although the Hotel looked rather old, it was surprisingly well maintained throughout. The room was clean and comfortable too. Staff were very polite and helpful. Majority of the staff working in the dinning room were mature ladies. I particularly appreciated their warm hospitality. The open onsen on the top floor was truly enjoyable especially in a snowy evening. The AI robot Hana in the lobby was an unexpected surprise giving guests some extra entertainment.

Cons: Air con is noisy
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is right in town center and the hotel staff are very friendly. We were there during the new year days celebration and the hotel present a niangao process and taste. The hotel lobby was full of tea aroma . It was a pleasant stay and would like to visit again.
Cons: The hotel room decor is a bit out of date.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great staff and excellent location. Easy access from Sasebo and free shuttle was convenient. Great breakfast buffet too. Reviews show children not allowed but young children and teens were there and the hotel is family friendly with cribs and kids plates. Older hotel but comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Only downside was ongoing construction made for constant noise in my floor during the day but it stopped around 1700. Relaxed resort atmosphere with everyone going around in robes. You can basically show up with a change of clothes and have everything else provided. Also AMAZING spa! That lady definitely knew how to give a massage!!
Cons: Construction ongoing and Onsen times were not really well advertised, but maybe it just got lost in translation for me.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place is just about 10 mins walk from the 嬉野Ureshino bus terminal. There are plenty of restaurants around for you to have dinner with and if you would like to take dinner in this hotel, you will need to pay 4,500 yen for each person. The breakfast is 1,000 yen each. It is lovely that there is not so much Asian tourist around when we stay there which make us feel so relaxed. The service is perfect and the place is clean. The room is really cheap comparing to any of the Onsen Ryokan and the facilities inside the room is just the same as those expensive Onsen Ryokan which charge you more than 10,000 yen a night. The hot spring is nice! After using the hot spring, you can feel your skin has a layer of smooth cover on it. The public bath is clean and tidy. I will recommend it to any woman and girls to come here for your nice skin!! The tofu in this place is extra smooth comparing to any place in Japan which made our trip even more unforgettable!! I wish I can come by driving next time so that I will be less nervous about the bus time schedule. Beds are so comfortable and we have fall in sleep immediately after two times in the hot spring. We did a little bit of shopping in the nearby supermarket and we ask for a knife to cut the melon. Extra thanks to the front desk staff who find us a knife and even give us plates and dessert forks to enjoy the fruits!! I love this place a lot!!
Cons: One thing to bear in mind is that they do not have a lift and maybe that's why they are cheaper. Please be sure that you will need to take your luggage upstairs and the stairs are quite steep.

Pros: Nice Ryokan style Good breakfast
Cons: NA
