Pros (+) The Inn offered more items for Continental Breakfast last year. This year it consisted simply of pastries and orange juice. Coffee and tea are offered for guests 24 hours. I'm OK with this as I'm not a big breakfast person. There are many cozy and cute cafes nearby that are worth checking out.
Cons (-) Last year, I stayed in a room and the toilet leaked and had to place towels around it. This year I was in Room 205 and the way that the shower was built, regardless of how you place the water spout, water will leak out of shower from the sides and cause a puddle so I had to keep towels around the edge so water wouldn't cause a puddle. Maybe add an inch or two on the edge so water won't drip out al...

Pros (+) I loved this little spot. I was in Room 210 and enjoyed the room facing front street side and across from the construction. The noise wasn't too bad. The staff has ear plugs in case you may need 'em but I loved the sounds of the city. I would definitely consider this place for my next trip to Tel Aviv.
Cons (-) The toilet leaked around the caulking at bottom and had to place a towel around it to prevent the water from leaking towards the sink. Other than that, no major problems.
