Pros (+) Facilities are generally good considering hotel charge. During my second stay there, I had a meeting at Freie Universitaet Berlin which turned out to be relatively close. After the meeting, I enjoyed the quiet neghborhood which used to be East Berlin.

Cons (-) The air conditioner in my room didn't seem to work all right.

Pros (+) Thanks to the location of this hotel, I visited Wannsee conferenc area.

Cons (-) I thought by mistake that this hotel was convenient to visit central Berlin by public transportation, but it is not at all! To use this hotel, automobile is indispensable. In case of useing taxi, it costs a lot, even around 100 Euro per day, much more than hotel charge.
