goodvalue for money and central location
the reception and waiting area a bit small
excellent staff, nice hotel atmosphere, fast check in and check out, great location, cute rooms, it's a hotel to recommend to others..
the carpets in the common areas and the rooms seemeda bit too old and not very well taken care of..
The location was good, fairly close to bus / train station. Breakfast was very good.
Staff were not very friendly.
Lack of space and comfort in quadruple room. staff is not very helpful and the room we rent is suppose to be quadruple room and in reality is a room for 2 persons and one extensible sofa already open.
The hotel is very close to the shopping centre, port and sea. The room was very clean and there was no smell of cigarettes. Although nicely decorated the room was very small. For few overnights it is a nice place to stay.
Breakfast is poor.
Egnatia Hotel is in the center of the city.
It has no parking.
It's location was pretty good.
We booked a family room- it was so small that we had to take a single room for our son- we have not had this experience in many other travels. Secondly, and more damning, there was a roll out bed put in our room for our son. Owing to the small size of the room, he did not use it, as we booked him another room, as mentioned above. However, I used the roll out bed and suffered terrible flea bits which required medical treatment, and more than a week later still cause me discomfort. I was the only family member who got the flea bites, and as I was the only one to use the roll out bed, it seems pretty clear where these occurred. Thirdly, the air conditioning in our room did not work properly, and we had all the windows closed.
a hotel from the pass(refreshing) with human rules in the quit down town
