Summary of reviews
Guests say
Overall, guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many reviews highlighted significant concerns about the location, particularly due to safety issues, noise, and the presence of people loitering nearby. Parking was also a frequent problem, with guests finding it inconvenient, limited, or feeling unsafe about their vehicles. On the positive side, guests consistently praised the cleanliness of the rooms, the helpfulness and responsiveness of the staff, and the good value for the price. Some also noted the convenience of the downtown location for access to restaurants and amenities, but this was often overshadowed by the negative aspects of the surrounding area.AI-Generated from customer reviews
