Great VEHICLE

Great rental in Thunder Bay
Pros: Fast, effecient on pick up and return. Price was excellent.
Cons: The car was not clean, especially the exterior.

Good vehicle at a great rate
Pros: Flexible pick-up and return
Cons: Late for a reservation means you are not guaranteed any vehicle let alone the requested class. Seems to be policy so be very careful with pick-up time selection.

Deceptive
Pros: Person at counter was knowledgeable.
Cons: Mobile website deceptive. Confirmation email said"$total rental: $286" was told at pickup that let per km fee would bring cost to over $1800.00. Travel plans messed up. Never again
