The Holiday Rent House - Villa Piemonte has been an old piedmont farmhouse built in the 19. centurie and has been constantly renovated in the last 20 years. It is situated on a hillsite with panorama view looking, surrounded from wineyards - Langhe /Monferrato, Unesco World Heritage location. The famous little town San Damiano d' Asti, near Canale d ' Alba, with 10.000 inhabitants and excellent infrastructure is by car only 5 minutes far away. From the Villa itself you will have a nice view on the gentle hills of Monferrato and with fine wheather- you may probably see some parts of the french alps. Villa Piemonte is a extraordinary place, after the rearrangement in 2016, in romantic style, with 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchen and a dining - room - in total 500 m² - you can let your soul dangle inside as well.
