Pros: Our host, Bob was fantastic at making sure we were comfortable and was also helpful with making restaurant suggestions.
Pros: The apartment is a remodeled space in an older home that was very well done. The fit and finish were exceptional. The space for 6 adults was not a problem. We enjoyed the view of the Conawango from our table at breakfast. Bob was very friendly, offering dining tips and making sure we were happy with the place. He even gave us our choice of a bottle of regional wine upon our arrival. The refrigerator was a tad small, but adequate for our needs. I was amazed at how well equipped the kitchen was with all cooking tools, even a vegetable peeler which I happened to need. The Allegheny National Forest was nearby, so this location was perfect for our hiking days. We walked around the downtown, to the local market and felt quite safe out walking even after dark. The beds were comfortable, the shower hot. What else can I say except A-Okay. Oh, Bob even has pretty pink soap bars that are made especially for his rental. Quite thoughtful.
Cons: The fridge was a bit small for the 6 of us, but would be fine for 4. We mainly keep milk fruit and some cheeses chilled which did fit.
Pros: Very clean!!!! The beds were comfortable, there was enough room for 3 kids and 2 adults. I was very happy with with the look and cleanliness!!!
Pros: Bob was great host. Property was convenient location. We had a good trip.
Pros: Beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean apartment. There are two queen bedrooms and a sleeping couch, a nice modern shower, a small kitchen and, what I liked best, a cozy breakfast nook with a relaxing view of the river. A apartment fully equipped with everything you'd need for an extended stay. Bob, the host, was very concerned about us being comfortable. If we ever revisited this region, we'd surely choose this accommodation again.
Pros: The house was a beautiful stately home. We loved it so much! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The view out the windows were incredible. This is in the historical district of Warren. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept.in in a long time. The hosts were on site 24/7 and they were incredibly friendly and helped us with anything we needed. They smiled and opened the door everytime we came or went. Such an incredible stay. The kids wanted to move in!
Pros: Very clean and comfortable a tremendous amount of space from 2 to 5 people
Cons: Only that it was third floor walk up. Tough on my knees. But doable and very private
Pros: Super clean space. Had everything our family needed. Neighborhood is very nice for walking. Huge park and restaurants in walking distance. The host and his family were very kind and accommodating.
Pros: Hosts were wonderful!! We arrived VERY early. The accommodated us. Anything we needed Bob helped with from a baby gate on the stairs to tools to put something together for our trip home. The front porch was perfect for a family afternoon visit. Very spacious. Will book again.
Pros: The location was perfect, and the host was wonderful. You felt very comfortable once you arrived. The host took us up to the room, and showed us everything. he was very friendly, and very helpful with any questions that I had about the area. This Suite had everything that we needed very clean, and comfortable. We loved everything about this Suite. You wont go wrong by booking the Waterside Executive Suites.
Cons: We loved everything

Pros: JR, the guy who runs the place is very helpful. There was some confusion about our arrival time - we thought we would reach earlier than we did - and he waited and messaged us. He also helped us shift rooms when we noticed that the springs of the mattress of our original room were sticking out.
Cons: The place is very basic and not clean. The microwave was dirty with stuff the previous occupant had spilled. Worst of all, the water from the tap stinks. JR did warn us not to drink it, but it was bad even to wash your hands, forget about bathing.
Pros: Honestly for the price this Motel was perfect ...we were very late to arrive..and we were met by JR who was exceptionally nice...he ran and brought us extra towels...talked to us about all of the things we wanted to see in the area..where to get food before places closed since it was so late..and told us what time the diner across the street opened in the morning...the room was smaller than average but had a microwave, fridge, even a keurig and all the fixins!! We have no complaints!! Hoping to make it back!!
Pros: Comfortable bed. Beautiful location in the State forest
Cons: Nasty smell coming from basin. The unit next door was in the process of a renovation. The noise from the drill and banging was loud, unpleasant and disturbing.
Pros: Towels were nice and fluffy. Did have some bottled water.
Cons: The water smelled horrible. Didn't have any soap etc.
Pros: I liked how the towels were different colors, not the standard white and the pillows and bed were wonderful.
Cons: The cleaning staff overlooked a dirty diaper. Ah well. Also, be sure to bring your own water and snacks. There’s a good “ice cream/diner” across the street if you need breakfast at 9 am. It was a bit too late for us :/
Pros: A very nice place to stay with a really nice diners on the other side of the road. I'd really like to come there again.
Pros: The place is a little run down, but better than I expected for $55. JR is an excellent host, and very personable and accommodating . He made sure we were taken care of.
Cons: The place could be updated, but then it wouldn't be $55 a night. I really have no complaints about my stay.
Pros: JR is a great host! Highly recommend!!
Cons: Looked run down and shabby. Strong musty smell in room. Could use some updating.

Pros: Breakfast was hot and fresh.
Cons: Would have liked larger coffee cups with better-fitting lids.
Pros: Bed was very comfortable nice crisp clean sheets too!
Cons: Front door could use a "enter here sign" confusing slider door
Cons: Everything about this property for us was great! They accommodated our dog, and for only $20 a night wasn't bad at all! We were impressed with the breakfast provided as well! Would definitely come back again!
Pros: Nicely updated. Wish bathroom sink vanities were higher but overall was a nice value.
Cons: Low bathroom vanity and toilet!
Cons: Smell of oil fields
Pros: easy access, and friendly staff. pet friendly was a huge bonus. in general, our rooms looked clean. the internet was nice fast. breakfast was nice and warm. no one was there, so that was a bonus.
Cons: bathrooms need to be updated/fixed doors leaked air, but the heater kept up. there was a semi parked outside (furthest spot from the hotel) idled all night. the tables wobbled so bad i actually spill a half a cup of coffee. in general, it needed updating throughout the hotel.
Pros: More breakfast choices, cool
Pros: This hotel was so clean it was wonderful to stay at a place that was freshly updated and super clean.
Cons: Ants on the bathroom floor and toilet would not flush
Pros: This hotel was inexpensive, in a safe location, and was clean. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. My 2 night stay went well.
Cons: Was disappointed the bed sizes were only double. Not the end of the world but all hotels I've stayed in are either 2 queens or 1 king.
Pros: The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and associates were polite. The breakfast was good.
Cons: The way we came into town this hotel would have been hard to find without gps. Not much to do in and around the immediate area.

Pros: Rooms were nice.
Cons: The bartender was very slow. Changed the prices on the same drink three different times. Bar was full and people wanting drinks and the bartender is outside smoking. The breakfast was out of alot of stuff and there was no one around to stock it up. The food bar was very sloppy and no was cleaning up.
Pros: Great breakfast, nice staff
Cons: Pool was out of order. Air conditioning was as loud as an aircraft
Pros: The location is awesome how many years I've went to this place for a family reunions very fond memories
Cons: As I said previously this location is has fond memories unfortunately the facility fell into foreclosure it's taken over by new owners a little maintenance has been done or renovations or updates the beds are uncomfortable the rooms furniture is outdated.
Pros: The view is v good
Pros: The location was great. The lobby looked good. The pool looked inviting but I didn't use it.
Cons: The rooms had been painted but still smelled of old cigarette smoke. We had a leak in our bathroom that they said came from the bathroom upstairs. We were told we could change rooms but the hotel was full. It felt like an old hotel that had had some updates but needs to be cleaned top to bottom. The elevators worked sporadically. The overall impression was not clean. We will not stay there again.
Pros: breakfast was very good. Management and staff were excellent. Room and service was to our liking.
Cons: On checkout there was a question on room confirmation cost. The price you gave us for the three day stay was different in what you gave the Hotel. You gave them a price of $95.00 US per night plus taxes which was much more then you gave us. It was good that we had a copy of your confirmation. The Manager who was checking us out was not very happy but he gave us a credit for the difference. It was very embarrassing for us as the Manager had given us excellent service on our stay at his Hotel.
Pros: The location was quiet and the total cost was very reasonable.
Cons: The entire building inside and outside is very dated. Photos of the pool are very deceiving online. The pool is in fact very tiny.
Pros: Comfortable bed.
Cons: Breakfast was not good. Only one waffle machine for a lot of people
Cons: Caught cockroach in drapes.
Pros: Lovely room. Enjoyed the pool
Cons: I have complaints
Pros: Very comfortable bed with excellent bedding. Very nice bathroom. Quick response to a pair of minor squawks,
