The hotel was clean and close to the train station.
I left on the day of a typhoon when there were no buses or trains and the people at the desk would not help me in any way. I do not speak Japanese and only asked for help to organise a taxi to the airport. They replied that no they do not offer that service. I then had the next three hours standing in a taxi queue trying to get to Narita on time in 35 degrees heat. I was not impressed and very disappointed.
The location was absolutely perfect, it is right above the Akihabara Station and right in the middle of all the shopping locations. Staff are friendly and helpful, we stayed on two occasions in August 2019. On the last night of our stay, my son had a sudden onset of a high fever and the hotel staff was very kind and assist me in locating a 24 hour pharmacy as well as providing us with a thermometer to keep track on his fever. All in all this is a perfect hotel for us and will definitely come back again.
It is faultless, if I must say something, maybe the massage chair is a little too small for some but it is fine for me.
Location is perfect. The shower is lovely, I love the view you have over the city while being in the shower because everything is from glass. The people spoke really good English and we're really nice. Check in en check out was simple and smooth.
From the outside and the lobby it looks really modern but as soon as you come to your room you see it's quite old fashioned. We asked for another room because things were scratched or damaged. the wall had a lot of dirty markes on the walls. The rain shower was full of the white stuff. We got a new room and it was a bit better. Room is small, no place for big suitcases. The bathroom is from glass, it has a curtain for some privacy but that curtain has small holes. It's a bit awkward if you would be there with someone else as you husband or something. Unless you are completely fine with it. (We loved it). For what you got, I don't think the price needed to be that high.....
Location , Smiley faces , great service
Employees was so friendly.Location is great , you can go everywhere so easily.room and everything was so clean.
The staff was great! The room was clean and spacious enough for what we needed. The showers and amenities were incredible. We are already missing the showers. The view from our room was amazing and the location of the hotel was perfect. It is close to all things anime and also a very short distance from the station which was extremely convenient.
The room was warm even with the AC on. I am not sure if it was just our unit that wasn't working well or if that is normal.
