We loved the bartender, Paolo
Everything was great
Very friendly staff. Nice and clean room. Perfect location.
Music in the lobby is too loud.
Great location, very clean, amazing breakfast. Waiting on staff are so helpful. Facilities are brilliant. Rooms are a little small but that’s Tokyo!
Rooms were a little small but that’s the case everywhere in tokyo unless you shell out more.
The hotel had a great vibe, newly refurbished, across the street from a park, good location near several metro stations including Shinjuku station (which has lots of food and drink options). Overall would recommend staying here.
Limited breakfast options. The restaurants downstairs was expensive (almost $10 for coffee).
Beds/pillows were the worst I’ve ever slept on. After spending over 300+ nights in hotels, I’m confident in saying these were the worst beds/pillows I’ve ever had.
