Pros (+) The bed were super comfy, the pillows needed some more support for me but I have a thicker pillow at home, so it is all preference. My fiancé and myself love that there is a Onsen that we have access to, especially after a long day of sightseeing, we needed to soak our bodies.
Cons (-) Our room is on one end of the building away from the elevators and the WiFi connection was a bit spotty. I felt like we didn’t get the best WiFi connection we could’ve had if we were closer to the center of the building.

Pros (+) Nothing. This place is the only corrupt experience I had in Japan.
Cons (-) Had to cancel since they only have smoking rooms (not mentioned on reservation), and they wouldn’t refund. Had to go through my credit card to dispute. After they appealed (without evidence), when asked for evidence they didn’t have to support their “claim”, money was refunded.

Pros (+) Close to subway (just across the street). Great area if you want to travel around Tokyo. Will stay here again. Great amenities.
Cons (-) Rooms were compact but efficient. Pillows were not fluffy (probably okay by local standard).
