Staff were very helpful and able to get us an early check in and later check out.
Price of food and drinks was exorbitant! Luckily we had breakfast included but we made the mistake of ordering 2 coffees while we we waiting to check in, $38 AUD !!! Bar prices were ridiculous too.... meals at nearby neighborhood restaurants far more reasonable.
Feather pillows that were uncomfortable but a quick call to guest services sorted that out. Big problem was the shower screen that doesn’t work too well, so very wet bathroom floor. On Dining no signs of dress code, was refused entry to breakfast for wearing a flip flop, and a lack of vegetarian options is sadly lacking. Having said that this is just constructed comments and the staff, location are spot on
Close to train station
Limited vegetarian options
Staff decor cleanliness guest services Concierge helpful to arrange health care needed for u Our young child
Restaurants expensive, sometimes communication with restaurant staff a problem
WiFi is not easy to connect on my laptop
