The hotel was brilliant as were the staff. Everything was safe especially during covid 19 pandemic. I have to say it was a brilliant choice right in the heart of everything. Beach just over the walkway and numerous bar and restaurants. All staff friendly polite and helpful will certainly stay again.

The uk government putting a quarantine on for 14 day on return. The spanish people have better restrictions in place than here and was safer than going out in uk.

What a find .. right on the beach , with fabulous views , the room was small but clean and the bed comfortable with air con. And fridge . The staff were pleasant and helpful and the cleaning staff did a great job and were friendly

Wonderful small hotel in perfect location right on promenade. Immaculately clean with very friendly helpful staff. Many bars,shops and restaurants right on doorstep. Stayed for a week just before lockdown and will gladly return!! Thank you.

Loved it here. Great location. Clean. Great value for money. Had balcony looking over the Main street. Great staff who at reception spoke good English. Phoned from my room for a hairdryer and staff member knocked on my room with it instantly. Definitely be back. Thanks for a lovely stay.

This is such a lovely location, so easy for Shops and Restaurants and access to the beach all on the flat. so good I wanted to keep it a secret.

The hotel did turn the air conditioning off but supplied a portable unit.

It’s ideal position in Carihuela, friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness of the rooms and hotel in general.

Casual and simple. Nice cleaning staff and services. Really close to beach, restaurants and bars.

The room has a great sea view but the balcony is small. The outlook is south east so hot in the morning but shaded later.

the location was excellent right on the beach - the staff were friendly and arranged our airport transfers at a reasonable price. the breakfast next door in the bar/restaurant was also good, we will return for another short break

the beds weren't all that comfy and I little hard. the pool towels could also be larger

Stayed for 5 days and wanted the loan of an hairdryer but there was none available. Nothing to do with the hotel, but, the many, many, lucky people spoilt the area for us, you can’t walk in peace and it went all the way up to benelmadena!

Staff so helpful, especially Maria on reception and Kiko. Found beds comfortable and balcony a must. Would definitely stay again.

The location is perfect (its a two minute walk to the beach) and the sea view rooms with balcony are perfect for a relaxing drink in the evenings, The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is in the cafe next door and is tasty. For the cost of the rooms you can not ask for more.

Shower was small. If you are over 40 inch waist it could be a problem

From check in to check out it was flawless. Twin room with sea view amazing. Good size room with fridge. Bang in middle of carihuela with everything on your doorstep. Very secure with 24hr reception.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It is in the perfect location and immaculately clean. The reception and cleaning staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for a better hotel!

A lovely hotel , wonderful views, amazing staff, very comfortable beds and a much larger than average room. Will be going back as soon as they reopen in February. Highly recommended.

Very clean very close to the beach .beds comfy .they will give you a kettle to borrow if asked .shame there's no microwave or toaster that would be wonderful .We have been twice and will go again .

Great location, next to the beach, in pedastrian zone (which might be problematic for people traveling with a car). Large and clean rooms, good air conditioning.

In our room windows were facing a patio - we had to keep cutrains closed all the time, otherwise we would see people passing by in the corridor. Anyway, this room location ment that it was really quiet there at night, so I don't complain ;)

Location is excellent. Staff are lovely. Room was basic and small but nice and clean . Clean bed and fresh towels every day.

Softer bed maybe but couldn't complain. We slept very well every night.

Excellent location In carihuela no traffic excellent choice of tapas and restaurants nearby. Hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly. A nice small hotel .aircon in rooms really works well ....
