I like the different activities and open spaces to relax in. Entertainment was good as well as location

Everything what a location, great staff lovely breakfast nice room plenty of space. Felt special in the surroundings lots going on in hotel however we didn't use this as we like to walk and enjoy being with in the culture

Excellent breakfasts and dinners, nice staff at the restaurant. Rooms are comfortable, cleaning was allright. Helpful receptionists.

Check in takes ages even when we came at 11p.m. and we were the only people at the reception desk. It was impossible to pay for a late check out

Very clean, big, comfortable rooms with friendly staff who were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a good length of time available. The location is great , a short walk to the centre but in a quiet location. The outside space is also well cared for.

A fabulous stay all round no problem with anything the rooms where fabulous the food excellent only 1 grip the weather but as we all know that’s beyond any ones control !!

I felt down from 1m height right close to the hotel within hotel’s territory as that area was not enough lighted up. I was lucky that I didn’t break any bones

There is nothing that I didn't like. But our check in process was quite long. Also it would be nice if cleaners swept and mopped the room floor as this wasn't done for the time we were there. Not a criticism though Just constructive feedback

Lovely decor. Lots of different areas to relax in. Fantastic location with easy access to the prom and the town. Security gates. Efficient staff.

Wet room style shower which meant floor was wet, making it hard to replace towels. Plus nowhere to put toiletries eg a shelf. A shame because the bathroom looked lovely. Restaurant food was just warm (used the microwave.)

There was no halal food.

Breakfast was great, big variety of everything. Great entertainment every night. Spacious and big hotel. Great massage at the neighbour hotel.

I would prefer a proper door to the bathroom. The sliding doors did not give much privacy. Otherwise great bathroom and facilities in the room.

Location and the view we had was a Ocean view and well worth the money. Higher floor and Sea view. Massage was nice in SPA - Spa is small and not much there. Bar was ok.... Mostly Older travel groups... so music geared toward Seniors and locals..

Food in the restaurant was sub standard... cheap food. We had bought half board and decided not to use it and ate breakfast only some days. Eat at the beach locations... Great Sushi place.. Tiki...or other local Places... much better food.

Amazing hotel, with regular cleaning, very friendly staff, really helpful. It was a very comfortable stay. Fun night entertainment. The hotel is just next to the beach, train stop is about 10 minutes walk. I would like to return for sure!

Lovely breakfast - Lots of options. Loads of pools!! Brilliant value for money overall, in a great location on the beach and close to the town centre/train station. Lots of lovely restraints and bars are a stones throw away from the hotel.

Location, friendly staff (except of dinner), well kept pools and surrounding areas, really clean room, great views from the balcony, great variety of food by breakfast and dinner,Halloween decoration and programme...we are coming back in February for the fourth time, because this place is wonderful! :)

Some of the dinner staff were not friendly. Unpleasant smell of drain almost every morning from the bathroom. My favourite Spanish lesson didnt take place (although written in programme).

Staff were not friendly, came across about 2 friendly staff only. We were full board but for lunch there were no drinks available so we had to buy water to drink with our meal.

Excellent lcoation, great pools, the breakfast was amazing - so much choice everyday, room cleaned everday, lovely side sea view with balcony that caught the sun.

Drinks were quite over priced for cocktails which were pre-made. Can get cheaper, fresher drinks 2 minutes away on beach bars

Gym is not that well equipped and no free parking from the hotel (however there is paid one and you can find a free place on the street nearby)

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool area was excellent and kept clean breakfast was great and plentiful and the nightly entertainment was great, the room we had was a superior room cleaned every day balcony was lovely also.

For an all inclusive the range of food was amazing. Both in variety and quality.

We loved everything. The rooms were a great size, very clean and the balcony had an amazing view of the ocean. The food was very great and bar areas out side were amazing.

Our only surprise was that the main pool had a lot of missing tiles (which could be a risk for cut toes). Not sure why sure a great hotel that was otherwise kept up so well would not take care of that.

Ideal location right on the sea front. The rooms and public areas have clearly undergone a recent extensive refurbishment and it's like a brand new hotel.

If I was pushed to say something negative about the hotel, I'd say that breakfast was adequate but no more than that. Everything else more than made up for that though.

At first we had difficulty locating the Hotel entrance and thought this was turning out to be a back street location. As soon as we arrived our impression change. The place was beautiful, The front desk very responsive, The room exactly as advertised with a very satisfying air of sparkling cleanliness. The location turned out to be perfect. The Registration entrance was because the the Don Pablo is part of a Melia complex with entrances every where. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We were slightly miffed that we were reminded three times that we hadn`t booked directly through their web site so we received no points on our Melia rewards account. I`m sorry but they need to get over that. Every year we spend three or 4 months traveling and visit at least 15 or 20 different hotels. The convenience of central booking out ways their rewards plan. This was not a big deal, usually it means we don`t get a free bottle of water.

Breakfasts were excellent.Also we would like to thank you for the lovely gestuture of bottle and card on my wifes birthday.

Check in was a a bit disappointing. I found the staff a bit rude and not welcoming.

The variety of swimming pools to choose from, breakfast and lunch was excellent, city centre and beach nearby

The Heights of the building have to wait for lift all the time, Like don Pedro and don Marcos better in that respect

Location was good, right on the beach. The food was very decent, no high cuisine but always something good to eat. Rooms were adequately large and clean. The many pools available were great and we found lounge chairs everyday. The staff was always very friendly and nice.

People putting towels on the sun loungers early in the morning. Made it hard to find somewhere to sit if you wanted to stay round the pool.

I liked the Hotel lobby area, very bright & clean. Pool facilities were good with a good amount of sun beds available most of the time. Really like the idea where people are not allowed to just go along each morning and place a towel on the sun bed to hold them for the day. Night time entertainment shows were good.

Large Cockroach found in bedroom. Wall in one of our bedrooms was very marked/scuffed and requires fresh painting. Breakfast a little limited, particularly regarding hot food.

The reception staff were helpful, especially Manuel, who went above and beyond to help us sort our boarding passes.There was a great variety of food for breakfast, something for everyone.The hotel was very clean, the pool was great, and the location was fab.Definetley would go back again.
