Pros (+) Location and the baggage folks and housekeepers were extremely helpful.
Cons (-) The front desk and manager did not have our room available to us even though we were 45 minutes after the check in time of 3:30 pm. Though the manager offered us drinks, they told us 30 minutes since room was not ready. Then we set in lobby and watched 10-12 other guests arrive and been checked in immediately.
