Some of the staff were quite friendly. The shower was pretty good.
The hotel was completely overpriced. For $500 AUD per night, I was expecting the hotel to be amazing - but this was definitely not the case. When they showed us our room it was extremely substandard - all the fixtures and fittings were old, the timber floors had stains on them, the room was small and pokey and surrounded by high walls with no view. I had previously asked the hotel to ensure that we had a view. When I asked the staff "where is the view?" They told us "garden view" and pointed to a small collections of plants next to the walls. The pool looked neglected with floating debris and leaves. The walkways between the villas are small and unevenly paved and my girlfriend nearly tripped over twice (the paving is outright dangerous for anyone elderly or frail). The breakfast options are mediocre at best and definitely not of a 5-star standard. After viewing the room we asked the hotel to refund our money so we could go stay somewhere else. They offered to upgrade our rooms but we told them the entire establishment is substandard. They agreed to refund 2 of the three nights we paid for, essentially forcing us to stay with them one night. The upgraded room that they gave us was of slightly better quality (I have no idea what they are charging for the upgraded room but whatever it is, it's not worth near what they are asking). I regret booking this hotel. Avoid if possible.
Staffs are great！We spent wonderful three days there. Food is delicious as well!
