Pros: I booked for 2 but they said I only booked for 1 and I needed to pay 30 euros more, I asked for what reason would I need to pay more for and the answer was for 1 pillow and towel. The room was the same and my New York answer was a No Way. If you give me a bigger room no problem which was a no we don't have any. They finally agreed and I went to my room but be aware check your reservation carefully. Room was fine, bed was good as well as the bathroom. The problem is the summer months in Germany you can not lower the AC to below 20 C which is 72 and that is way to warm for me. Visit spring or fall
Cons: Room was fine as well as the bathroom, bed was good

Pros: Hotel is beautiful, upscale, modern and comfortable.
Location is top rate, directly across from the virtualize markt.
The staff was very friendly - though they seemed to have some issues which I suspect are from the hotel being rather new.
Cons: Staff needs to be better trained in restarting the room with amenities. Coffee, sugar, other items were often not re-supplied.
Room heating system failed while we were there; howevet, hey did supply us with a portable heater that worked well,
Pros: Balcony, accommodating staff.
Cons: When I had asked if I could check in 2 hours early, they said yes. When I arrived it turned out this was not possible. Which would have been fine if I wasn't am traveling for 10 hours and if everything in Munich wasn't closed on Sunday's.
Pros: Great location. Great staff. Awesome fitness center.

Pros: Great spacious room , very clean , very good breakfast. Close to main rail station...The cute dog in mornings
Pros: Short walk from Munich Central Station, good value, comfortable, clean, unique art decorating the hotel.
Cons: Clientele seemed to be adult, relatively young, European travelers and back packers. I arrived at the same time as a rather rowdy crowd. I was traveling for work, but most of the persons I observed and came across seemed to be on holiday and enjoying themselves. Can be a pro or a con.
Early 20th century hotel retaining some original features, located next to the main railway station in central Munich, close to Kaufinger Strasse Shopping area, Karlsplatz-Stachus square and the official Oktoberfest grounds at Theresienwiese.
Pros: This hotel was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. The staff were so friendly, the room was great (1st class), food at the restaurant was fantastic ;)
Cons: I wish it had been just a little closer to the city center
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms and a great shower.
They also provide a large selection of breakfast foods.
Cons: The only minor complaint is that the Hotel is a lengthy walk to the train station.

Pros: Good hotel coming or going from Munich. Great breakfast for $7 Euros. Good internet.
Cons: Had a couple of channels in English on the tv. Parking was not as easy as I would have liked. Price was higher than others in the area but the ratings are high enough to justify.

For a bite to eat, guests can check out Gasthof Postwirt, which serves regional cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I have stayed before;Staff are very helpful and courteous.
Pros: It is clean, safe and is close to the village in Garching, as well as the U-bahn.
Cons: It seems that since I booked a double, I was required to pay for 2 breadfasts each day. I did not notice this until returning home. I should have challenged that. It was only 8 Euros/day per preakfast.
This modern, privately run hotel in Garching is just a 10-minute drive from Munich's exhibition grounds, airport, and Allianz Arena stadium. Central Munich is 20 minutes away by car. The hotel garni Marias Inn offers recently renovated, en-suite rooms which are decorated in tasteful, light colours. Alternatively, you can use the nearby Garching Underground Station to reach the heart of the Bavarian capital. On request, Marias Inn offers an exclusive shuttle service for an additional fee.
Cons: Our non-smoking room smelled like someone smoked in it.
Pros: Proximity to Airport
Cons: Expensive parking (21 eu p day), close to airport but not AT airport. Need to take bus to get there.
Pros: The staff at the front desk and the cleanliness of the room. Bathrooms were well equipped
Cons: Staff at the bar wasn't too nice and seemed a little overwhelmed with not that many customers
Pros: So clean, modern and welcoming all around.
Cons: Parking is insanely expensive and breakfast at 21 euro per person does seem over the top. On the plus side, the breakfast was good.
Pros: How easy it was to get there and to public transportation. The rooms were really clean. Breakfast was great and the staff was friendly.
Cons: There was no small store nearby to by things we forgot (baby items, soap etc)
Cons: Price for parking is very expensive. Internet connection is very low and poor.
Pros: Proximity to airport, modern, clean, typical Novotel business hotel
Cons: It's not quite at the airport, no shuttle. You have to take a city bus from the airport to get there and it takes you 15 mins - inconvenient. The internet wasn't working well or at all, which, for a business hotel, is not acceptable.
Pros: Very good location if you have a very early flight out of Munich. The bus stop was less than 100 meters from the exit and the total bus ride was about 5 minutes to terminal 1. A shuttle would be nice, but the bus comes every 20 minutes. The non smoking room was clean and was more spacious than expected.
Cons: While this is probably a no-brainer for the seasoned traveler, the 25 euro buffet for dinner was unsatisfactory. In hind-sight we should have ordered room service with the fee, it would have been cheaper and possibly more palatable.
Cons: I think that this hotel should have shuttle to the airport.
Breakfast is good but very expensive.
Cons: They don't have free shuttle bus from airport.
Pros: Convenient location and helpful and friendly staff
The Novotel Munich Airport hotel is easy to reach from the terminal by bus (paying) and an ideal base for stopovers or business meetings. Enjoy yourself and relax in the stylish airport hotel's restaurant, bar and sauna. The excellent soundproofing in our non-smoking rooms lets you benefit from the hotel's proximity to the airport without compromising on a great night's sleep. After a hearty and balanced buffet breakfast, you'll be raring to go for your flight or a productive meeting
Pros: Good breakfast and ability to sit outside and enjoy quiet area
Cons: Internet wifi was poor. Several guests also had issues logging into the system. Elevator strategy needs to be better. Confusing for many guests. Small but adequate exercise area.
Pros: I liked my rooms. It was clean , luxury , comfort and beautiful. The subway station was very close. And price was very very very good.
Cons: The speed of wifi.
Situated in the fashionable Schwabing district, this hotel recently metamorphosed into one of Munich's premiere business establishments. The "theos" restaurant and bar are equally suited to work meetings or socialising over drinks and snacks. Need a bit o f air? Step over to our stylish garden lounge and terrace, or (just across the road) The English Garden.
Pros: The staff was excellent, accommodating and very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
The location is also excellent - it is an easy walk to the university, to the downtown area with bakeries and restaurants, and also to some of the sights of Freising.
Cons: the room didn't have air conditioning and it was quite stuffy on several warm days, but was relatively easy to cool off at night with the open window and the fan.
As a business traveler, I also prefer staying in a hotel with a gym, but I didn't look for/check on this before hand, so this was my own problem. That said, there are some nearby trails where you can go walk/exercise, which is probably even nicer than a gym, anyway.

Cons: The water stream in the bathroom was weak.
Cons: Price for long time stil same

Enjoy your visit to Haar with a stay at Acomhotel Muenchen-Haar. You can unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge, and buffet breakfast is available daily. A snack bar/deli and a terrace are other highlights, and all rooms offer LCD TVs and free WiFi.
Cons: Very overpriced relative to other local hotels. It's not really near the airport (20 min drive) so expect a 25 Euro cab fare. My room was clean visually but had a strong mildew smell. I didn't eat at the restaurant or have breakfast so I can't really comment on the food, but for $200 bucks you're much better off staying either in downtown Munich or closer to the airport, depending on your needs.
