Pros (+) Location was perfect. The bed and the room were very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We brought our small dog and they were very accommodating. There was a big bed in our room waiting for her.

Pros (+) Great location, close to sights in Munich.
Cons (-) Was very loud and interrupted sleeping. Road construction right outside our window that we had to keep open to cool the room. Also it is close to Hoffbrau House so you get quite a bit of noise when it was closing.

Pros (+) Location was very convenient to Marien Platz, Hoffbrau Haus and city market. Staff was very courteous and helpful.
Cons (-) The only complaint we had was not being able to lower the thermostat setting in our room.
