Location was excellent. Apartment was spacious and bright.

The host was outright rude, disrespectful and threatening when asked about the dysfunctional ACs in two rooms. He said Venice being an ancient town, cannot support so many ACs running in parallel. We rented a three bedroom apartment where ACs in living room and one bedroom were disabled. The hob didn't work too. One family had to sleep without AC for 3 nights. When asked about why he didn't mention this at the time of booking, He replied that he cannot clarify many things while booking and threatened to bring in police and vacate us from the property. His argument was that at least some were working. WiFi was pathetic. Again, host took shelter under Venice being an old town and argued that wifi was good in livingroom. Attached is the picture of wifi strength right under the router. Finally all the kids had to hover around the staircase outside the apartment even where the signal strength was just average. Overall, the experience with the host clouded our impression of charming Venice and is an unacceptable attitude.
