Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the train station and easy access to Venice. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, with positive mentions of early check-in and accommodating hosts. Cleanliness received mixed feedback: while several guests described the rooms as clean and well-maintained, others noted issues such as superficial cleaning, mold, or hair left in the room. Room comfort, especially the beds, was generally satisfactory but not outstanding. Noise was occasionally mentioned due to the location near the station, but it was not a major concern for most. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended for its convenience and service, though some improvements in cleanliness could enhance the experience.
