The beach was great, friendly staff, nice pool.
The kids at the pool, apart from that, everything went well.
The pool is very close to the beach, so my kids like pool and I can go to the beach some times.
From the moment I arrived, the receptionist didn't have my reservation, and confused the name. I came with 2 kids, 7 and 2 years old and the room is a not so big, and the second night I stayed I found a cockroach in my room. The breakfast has no variety, I understand is not buffet but can provide other option specially when you stay 5 days, I had to go other hotels nearby to try something better during the day, like Rústica, Aranwa and Cabañas de antica, which they can let you stay the day and enjoy the facilities for a small payment. Aranwa is more expensive but you can deduct the payment if you have lunch in the restaurant of this hotel. The food in refugio hotel is not so good and also the drinks are poor.
The beach is clean and safe. Moto taxi easy to get from the réception to go to mancora
Place for family friendly, not for single or group of Friends restaurant is expensive, better to go for a dîner at mancora.
The pool, the sea and the seeight
The room would be more confortable, the distance, and have a discotec
We like their food and the cocktails.
Sometimes there was no water when we needed to take shower. No English speakers in reception.
